Research On Ideological And Political Work Of Employees In Civil Aviation Enterprises

The 19 th CPC National Congress opened a new journey of China’s socialist modernization and clearly put forward the goal of building a transportation power.As an important part of building a transportation power,civil aviation enterprises,as the key driver of industry development,have new needs for their own reform and development in the process of accelerating the construction of civil aviation power,which requires civil aviation enterprise leaders and cadres and workers to continuously improve their political position,legal awareness,moral quality and mental health,To meet the new challenges brought by the reform and development of enterprises.Therefore,as the lifeline of the efficient and stable development of civil aviation enterprises,ideological and political work needs to give full play to its role.In view of the new problems arising from the ideological and political work of civil aviation enterprises,the ideological and political workers of civil aviation enterprises should make corresponding analysis and countermeasures,which is not only to give the ideological and political workers of civil aviation enterprises a new mission,It is also a new opportunity to comprehensively strengthen the ideological and political work of employees in civil aviation enterprises.Based on the Marxist Indoctrination Theory,the carrier theory of Ideological and political education and the thought of strengthening civil aviation,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and interdisciplinary research,and mainly takes the current situation of the ideological and political work of the employees of China Southern Airlines Heilongjiang Branch as an example to further improve the persuasion,A total of six civil aviation enterprise employees,including them,were given questionnaires.The comprehensive survey results provide a good data basis for this paper.Combined with field visits and semi-structured interviews,this paper investigates and analyzes the achievements and existing problems of the ideological and political work of civil aviation enterprises at the present stage.By summarizing and integrating the survey results,this paper puts forward five problems existing in the current work focus,work theme,work direction,work carrier and work team.In view of these problems,from ensuring the status of Ideological and political work,integrating the interests and care of employees,building a high-quality ideological and political team Innovating the ways of Ideological and political work penetration and other aspects,and putting forward the corresponding integrated solutions,in order to continuously improve the ideological and political work of civil aviation enterprises while meeting the new challenges.This paper expounds from three levels: the significance of strengthening the ideological and political work of employees in civil aviation enterprises,the analysis of the existing problems and causes of the ideological and political work of employees in civil aviation enterprises,and the countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political work of employees in civil aviation enterprises.On the one hand,we hope to provide help for the continuous improvement of the ideological and political work of civil aviation enterprises in the process of sustainable and high-quality development of the civil aviation industry.On the other hand,we hope to provide practical and operable working methods for other industries.
