| Under the background of constructing ecological civilization city,the global warming and urban heat island effect are prominent,so it is urgent to improve the outdoor thermal environment of urban residential area.As the outdoor thermal environment is affected by many factors,its evaluation and research plays an important role in improving the outdoor thermal environment.At present,high-rise residential area has become the development trend of residential area in China,and high-rise residential area has a great impact on outdoor thermal environment.Considering the typical climate environment in Xiamen,the study of outdoor thermal environment assessment is of great significance.To sum up,this study mainly focuses on the outdoor thermal environment of Xiamen high-rise residential quarter,and provides evaluation basis and improvement strategy for its improvement.At the same time,the results can enrich the database of outdoor thermal comfort research in China.First,145 high-rise residential communities in Xiamen were investigated and their typical characteristics were summarized based on the influence factors of outdoor thermal environment.Then,from 75 typical high-rise residential quarters to select 4 indepth research,the establishment of outdoor thermal environment test site.Secondly,the outdoor thermal environment parameters of typical high-rise residential quarters in Xiamen were measured and the thermal comfort questionnaire was conducted in different seasons(transition season,summer season and winter season),the thermal comfort status of residents,the evaluation basis of outdoor thermal comfort and the characteristics of outdoor thermal adaptability were obtained.The evaluation of outdoor thermal comfort based on PET,UTCI and TSVMODEL was established after comparison,analysis and verification.The basis for outdoor thermal comfort evaluation in each season is as follows:The outdoor thermal comfort was evaluated by PET(16.8~30.9°C)and UTCI(18.2~29.8°C)in the transition season,and by PET(≤31°C)and UTCI(≤33.6°C)in the summer season The evaluation of outdoor thermal comfort in winter was based on PET(15.7~24.5°C)and UTCI(17.5~27.3°C).Finally,according to the measured results,the level of outdoor thermal environment in different seasons was obtained,and the characteristics of outdoor thermal environment in summer,transition season and winter were confirmed.Through the analysis of SPSS software,it is clear that the direction of improvement is: Decreasing Ta,decreasing tmrt-Ta and increasing V10.Combined with the Improvement Direction and the measured results in summer,the improvement strategy is put forward.Through the analysis and simulation of Sketchup and Phoenics software,the improvement strategy is determined,which can provide reference for the improvement of outdoor thermal environment of high-rise residential quarters in Xiamen in summer. |
