Safety risk management of expressway mountain tunnel construction is the key factor to determine the safety and quality of the project.Doing a good job in safety risk management and control during tunnel construction is helpful to the quality and safety objectives of the project.Based on the Jishishan Tunnel Project of Linda Expressway in Gansu Province,this paper discusses the safety risk identification,safety risk assessment,safety risk management and safety risk coping strategies of Jishishan Tunnel in the construction stage,which has reference significance for the construction of highway mountain tunnels in similar areas.(1)Based on the comprehensive literature analysis,the research status,existing problems and future prospects of safety risk management in tunnel construction stage at home and abroad are discussed Combined with the engineering practice of Jishishan tunnel,the applicability of tunnel construction safety risk assessment index system method,LEC method,risk index matrix method,analytic hierarchy process,WBS-RBS theory and Monte Carlo theory are discussed.The surface subsidence,peripheral displacement,vault subsidence and other indicators during the construction of Jishishan Tunnel are monitored and measured.The results show that the key indicators of Jishishan Tunnel are within the controllable range and meet the requirements of the code.(2)The index system method is used to evaluate the safety risk of Jishishan Tunnel in the construction stage,and it is determined that the risk level of Jishishan Tunnel is Grade IV,which belongs to extremely high risk.Based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics,AHP is used to evaluate the construction safety risks of Jishishan Tunnel from three general aspects:construction management factors,construction technology factors and engineering geological factors.The research results show that: The staffing of safety posts,technology and quality,the management and use of engineering materials,the technical level of construction units,the implementation of construction safety measures,and the grade of tunnel surrounding rock are the key nodes of tunnel construction safety risk management(sorted by weight values),which should be controlled with emphasis;Based on the principle of fuzzy mathematics,the construction safety risk of Jishishan tunnel is verified and evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,The results show that the tunnel safety risk level is grade IV.Corresponding to the analysis results of index system method,the safety risk of each process link of tunnel construction is analyzed by model,and the risk ranking is carried out,which can effectively guide the actual project.(3)This paper discusses the safety risk sources in Jishishan tunnel construction from the aspects of general risk source control and major risk source control,and puts forward practical methods and countermeasures,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for specific problems,which is helpful for practical engineering reference. |
