In recent years,due to the increasing influence of government policies and the market environment,the owners have higher and higher requirements for housing quality,and their awareness of rights protection has become stronger,and corporate profits have been further compressed.The progress management system shortens the project construction period and has become a more direct and obvious management method.However,there are more complex problems in the interspersed schedule management of the real estate development project of Y Corporation,including the coordination among various professional functional departments in the pre-commencement preparation work of the project under the three-level management mode of the group,the decomposition of interspersed schedule management objectives,and the interspersed schedule management plan.compilation.How to improve project performance and corporate profits by improving project management level is a common issue faced by Y companies,as well as other real estate development companies and construction companies.First of all,this paper analyzes the real estate development enterprises in the existing market,and adopts the interspersed schedule management system to shorten the project construction period,so as to reduce the project development cost and improve the project profit and enterprise benefit.Subsequently,the work breakdown(WBS)of the schedule management work structure was carried out,and the project schedule management of real estate development enterprises was divided into the pre-work schedule management before the start of construction and the on-site construction process management after the start of the project with the project start time as the boundary.Chain method,critical path method,banana curve method,etc.,the pre-system work is interspersed with the schedule plan and the project construction schedule is interspersed after entering the site;secondly,during the research period of this paper,by using the expert interview method and the project case analysis method,Excavate the problems existing in the progress management of real estate development projects during the entire project development cycle from land acquisition to delivery to the buyers,and conduct reasonable and appropriate analysis;finally,based on the conclusions of the problem analysis,targeted medicines are put forward,and relevant solutions are proposed.
