In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the PPP(Public-Private-Partnership)model,and more and more enterprises have responded to the call of the state and cooperated with many local governments in the PPP model.With the introduction and improvement of PPP-related policies,the development of PPP has become more and more benign and standardized.However,the long investment cycle,low return on investment and the large number of participants inherent in PPP projects make the participating enterprises face greater and more complicated risks.In order to avoid potential risks and achieve established returns,social capitalists should develop more prudent investment decision-making mechanisms and fine-tuned post-investment management,so as to find a way out for their own development and escort the promotion of PPP mode.Based on this,the core research question of this paper is: How can Z Construction Group reduce the investment risk of PPP projects and realize the value-added of PPP project investment through effective post-investment management?This paper selects Z Construction Group as the case study object,firstly,from the relevant theoretical background and realistic background,combs the past literature,uses the case study method,literature research method and survey research method,presents the current situation of post-investment management of Z Construction Group,explores the enterprise’s post-investment management problems of PPP projects,uses the root cause analysis method,analyzes its causes,and proposes three countermeasures.First,optimize the operation mechanism of post-investment management.Second,strengthen the corporate governance capacity.Third,improve the risk monitoring system.Finally,we conclude that we hope to provide a reference role for building construction enterprises to manage PPP projects.The innovation points and application significance of this paper are: firstly,taking Z Construction Group as the research case,standing in the perspective of social capital party is,cutting from the angle of post-investment management,analyzing the post-investment management problems of PPP projects and proposing countermeasures,which enriches the research of post-investment management of PPP projects.Second,the PPP model has a long cooperation period,and there is a lack of complete experience in the operation of PPP projects.The continuous exploration of the PPP model can supplement the research on different stages of PPP projects and has research significance.Thirdly,there are fewer studies on the post-investment management of PPP projects with the social capital party as the standpoint.This paper takes Z Construction Group as a case study and deeply researches its post-investment management system to provide reference for building construction enterprises to manage PPP projects,which has strong guiding and practical significance.
