Under the development trend of urban agglomeration integration,regional economic ties are getting closer and closer,and passenger transport demand is growing and showing the characteristics of multi-level,diversified and personalized,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of a comprehensive passenger transport hub system in urban agglomerations.However,at present,the layout of comprehensive passenger transport hubs lacks consideration from the macro level of urban agglomerations,the hierarchical layout theory does not guide it enough,the hub layout is not coordinated with the development of urban agglomerations,and the lack of overall layout of various levels of hubs is prominent,which is difficult to meet the growing and changeable passenger transport needs,and it is very urgent to build a comprehensive passenger transport hub system of urban agglomerations that is "demand-oriented,coordinated and clear-level".Based on the adaptive evaluation and hierarchical model,this paper explores the hierarchical layout of integrated passenger transport hubs in urban agglomerations,and finally forms a hierarchical layout scheme for hubs.The main contents include:(1)Based on the analysis of the generation mechanism and characteristics of passenger transportation demand in urban agglomerations,this paper considers the hierarchical characteristics of regional economic spatial linkages in urban agglomerations,and establishes the hierarchical layout mode of comprehensive passenger transportation hubs in urban agglomerations based on the existing hub-level layout mode and combined with the hierarchical division of passenger demand.(2)Relying on the theory of spatial economy,clarify the interactive relationship between the development of urban agglomerations and the layout of comprehensive passenger transport hubs,construct an evaluation index system for the adaptability of the layout of comprehensive passenger transport hubs in urban agglomerations from the three perspectives of transportation services,economic development and spatial expansion,and classify the suitability K-means to form a hub hierarchy division scheme.(3)Based on the idea of hierarchical site selection,taking into account factors such as demand level and passenger time value,and minimizing the total cost of passenger transportation and hub construction and operation as the target function,a basic model of the hierarchical layout of comprehensive passenger hubs suitable for the development of urban agglomerations is constructed,and an improved genetic algorithm introducing dynamic cross-variability is designed to solve the model.Based on the uncertainty of demand,based on the theory of interval planning,the parameters of interval passenger demand are introduced,the hierarchical layout model of hubs under the uncertain demand of intervals is constructed,and the deterministic transformation is formed to form submodels of upper and lower intervals,and the improved genetic algorithm of dynamic cross-variability is used to solve them.(4)An example analysis of the hierarchical layout of comprehensive passenger transport hubs in the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is analyzed.Firstly,the index system of hub layout adaptability evaluation is constructed,and the index weight and hub layout adaptability are calculated by using the comprehensive evaluation method of entropy weight,and the suitability is K-means clustered to form a hub hierarchy division scheme.Secondly,the basic model of the hierarchical layout of the integrated passenger transport hub of the urban agglomeration is solved by CPLEX and the improved genetic algorithm of the dynamic cross-variability rate,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified,and the hierarchical layout scheme of the hub under the demand is determined;considering the uncertainty of the comprehensive passenger transport demand of the urban agglomeration,the interval planning theory is applied,the uncertainty variable is constrained in the form of the number of intervals,and the hub hierarchical layout model under the uncertain demand of the interval is constructed.An improved genetic algorithm introducing dynamic crossvariability is used to solve the problem,and the hub hierarchical layout scheme under the interval uncertain demand is obtained.Comparing the different layout schemes,it is verified that the solution results of the interval planning model considering uncertainties are closer to reality,and the interval planning model expands the decision-making space,which is convenient for decision-makers to dynamically implement policies,which has certain guiding significance for the hierarchical layout of the comprehensive passenger transportation hub of the urban agglomeration.There are 38 figures,46 tables and 110 references.
