Research On The Development Of The Urban Functions Of The Integrated Passenger Transport Hub In Railway

With the rise and development of railways in different periods,the railway passenger station has a phased change in terms of design concept,function layout and construction mode.It is transformed from a simple transport function such as waiting for passengers,boarding,landing and distribution,to the new type of railway integrated passenger transport hub,which concludes transportation activities and urban functions and satisfies passenger business activities,entertainment,shopping.The transformation is closely related to the evolution of the city and the changes in passenger demand.In the new era,the scientific development of the functions of railway integrated passenger transport hubs has become the only way for hubs and cities.The traditional railway station is designed to follow the existing technical norms and systems.The traffic function is implemented as the starting point,which ignores the linkage between the urban function of hub and economy.Therefore,Coordination with the urban economic structure should be more considered in the development of the current railway passenger station,the railway station should be transformed into a complex with both transportation functions and urban functions such as business,service,social interaction and entertainment.At present,the development of the urban functions of the integrated passenger transport hub in railway in our country is faced with the problem of how to select the type of business and determine the scale of the business.Through the analysis on the development of large-scale railway integrated passenger transport hubs at home and abroad,the urban functions of hub is defined into seven types,which are commercial function,office function,entertainment function,residential function,cultural function,public service function and greening function.According to the entropy weight methodextended TOPSIS evaluation model is proposed to deal with the mode of the urban function of city.Which can establish an evaluation index system because of the economic development,population size and traffic status of the city.The urban function mode jointly is developed with strong feasibility and good adaptability.Based on the classic commercial development rules for the functional volume prediction of hub cities,the limitations of traffic surplus capacity and urban floor area ratio are introduced so that the results have higher reliability and credibility and the prediction of the scale is also more fit the urban development process.At the end of the article,the Shapingba Railway intregrated Passenger Transport Hub is listed as an example,through the analysis of the economic development,traffic status,population size and commercial scale of Shapingba District,the relevant index evaluation system was established,and the Shapingba Railway integrated Passenger Transport Hub was theoretically derived and the size of the functional capacity is calculated.Finally,the rationality and feasibility of the method are tested by comparison with the actual development model and volume scale.
