With the development of urbanization in my country’s metropolitan areas,the connection between regions has become increasingly close,and the number of commuter passengers within the metropolitan area has continued to increase.A large number of passengers need to use the railway system to travel between different cities every day.However,most of the planning,construction and operation modes of my country’s railway system still continue the traditional mode,and the daily travel of commuter passengers is not considered enough,resulting in problems such as long travel time,difficult travel,inconvenient connection,and unsatisfactory functional requirements,which not only affects the The daily life of many commuters also restricts the development of urbanization in metropolitan areas.In order to deal with this problem,in recent years,my country has actively promoted the development of "public transportation" of intercity railways and suburban railways,etc.,but it mainly focuses on the optimization of railway transportation organization and operation management.Less attention has been paid to the different stages of travel and the integration of passenger travel and daily life,resulting in the lack of hierarchical network structure within the metropolitan area,transportation efficiency not meeting commuting needs,and the separation of railway travel and passengers’ daily life.On the other hand,the current research on the "transitization" of railways is mainlyStarting from the issues of urban rail transit and railway "transitization",this paper summarizes and sorts out the conceptual characteristics and components of railway "transitization".Based on the investigation and research of some railway passenger stations in domestic and foreign metropolitan circles,the basic characteristics of railway passenger stations in transit-oriented operation are summarized,and based on the theoretical connotation and influencing factors of railway "transitization",an evaluation system for the degree of transitization of railway passenger stations is constructed.Taking Chunshen Station and Totsuka Station as the evaluation and analysis objects,the planning and design strategies to improve the degree of public transportation of railway railway passenger stations are summarized.The main research of this paper is as follows:First,based on the research on the emergence and development of the theory of "transitization" of railways,the connotation of the theory of transitization is extended from railway transportation organization and operation management to railway line network planning,station site selection and station area planning,station building and other levels.The concept of railway "transitization" is defined as a railway construction and service concept that improves the comprehensive railway service level to meet the needs of regional integration development and daily commuter passenger flow.By comparing the concept of railway "transitization" with the traditional railway construction and operation concept,it is sorted out that railway public transportation emphasizes fastness in terms of time and travel process,and focuses on the compatibility with the urban dimension at the level of station area and functional space within the station.The theory of railway public transport has three basic characteristics of diversity in content level and applicability,and divides the content of railway "public transport" into line network integration,station location,station area planning,station construction,operation management,train 6 aspects such as transportation.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research on railway public transport,combined with the analysis of the influencing factors of railway "public transport",aiming at the evaluation of railway passenger station public transport,the degree of relevance to planning and architectural disciplines is selected from the six parts of railway public transport theory.The three parts of high station site selection,station area planning,and station building are used as the evaluation dimensions of the degree of public transportation of railway passenger stations,and 12 evaluation criteria are constructed.and urban development compatibility;the station area planning level selects the station area space intensification,the station area facility convenience,the station area space compatibility,the station area function compatibility;the station building level selects the station space intensiveness,the convenience of the station facilities,and the functions.Compatibility and Spatial Compatibility.Based on literature research and expert interviews,24 evaluation indicators were selected.At the same time,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each level index,and the evaluation index system of railway passenger station public transportation is formed.Then,through the analysis of the regional scale,location,passenger volume,station design and station design of some high-speed railway,intercity railway and urban railway line stations in Tokyo,Paris,London,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Nanjing,Shanghai and other metropolitan areas Based on the research on district planning and other aspects,the characteristics and problems of railway passenger stations in metropolitan areas at home and abroad are sorted out and summarized,and from the aspects of station-city relationship,passenger station space,passenger flow,vehicle transportation,etc.Fast railway trains,fast and smooth travel process,efficient use of passenger station space,and high integration with the city interface are four characteristics.Select Shanghai Jinshan Railway Chunshen Station and Japan JR Tokaido Line Totsuka Station as the evaluation objects for comprehensive evaluation and analysis.From the three aspects of station site selection,station area planning,and station construction,9 items are sorted out that are conducive to improving the degree of public transportation of railway passenger stations.At the station site selection level,the service coverage of the station is improved,and different modes of rail transit are mixed;at the station area planning level,the multidimensional integration of the station and the city,the reduction of the spatial scale of the station area,the intensification of the station and yard space layout,and the slow improvement On-line connection capability;on-boardFinally,combining theoretical research with case practice,taking the planning and design of the station and station area of Beijing-Tangshan Intercity Yanjiao Station as an example,the optimization design of public transport improvement is carried out from the three aspects of station area planning,station layout and station building.It is expected to provide new ideas for the planning and design of railway passenger stations under the background of the integrated development of rail transit in the metropolitan area.This article contains a total of 107 figures,28 tables,and 91 references.
