Policy Textual Analysis Of Urban Utility Tunnels Based On LDA Topic Model

In order to evaluate the comprehensiveness of the comprehensive management corridor policy,the author first divides the policy documents into environmental type,demand type,and supply type.Secondly,build the evaluation index system according to the policy tools.Finally,a quantitative evaluation model of the PMC index is established to comprehensively evaluate the policy documents.This paper applies the above methods to evaluate the relevant policies of underground comprehensive pipe galleries issued by the state from 2013 to 2021.The results show that when formulating the policy of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery,the state focuses on the environmental policy,but at the same time,there are some problems,such as the incomplete push and pull of the policy on the industry in terms of demand and supply.In order to analyze the core concerns of the comprehensive pipe gallery policy,this paper uses the word segmentation model and text vector processing model to process the policy documents and constructs an LDA topic model to analyze the topic intensity and related keywords of different types of policies.Based on the analysis of the relevant policies of underground comprehensive pipe galleries issued by the state from 2013 to2021,it is found that the relevant policy-making topics of underground comprehensive pipe galleries in China are centralized and stable,focusing on industrial development and other characteristics,but there are also some problems,such as too much development direction planning and incomplete formulation content.On the one hand,this paper can provide a reference for the government to comprehensively understand the industrial policy of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery,on the other hand,it can also provide ideas for the formulation,improvement,and optimization of other industrial policies.
