Research On The Reconstruction Design Of Cave Homestays In Chenlu Ancient Town,Shaanxi Province

Chenlu ancient town is Yao Zhou kiln still burning kiln,known as the "Oriental ancient porcelain town".In 2006,as part of yaozhou Kiln site,Chenlu ancient kiln site was listed as the sixth batch of National Key cultural relics Protection units [1],and yao porcelain firing technology was listed in the first batch of National intangible cultural Heritage list [2].In 2008,Chenlu ancient Town was named as the fourth batch of Chinese Historical and cultural Town [3].One of the main reasons why rich cultural heritage resources are not fully utilized is that accommodation service conditions are seriously inadequate.Chen Lu ceramics industry decline,losing jobs and have to go out to work,resulting in a large number of population loss cave homes unoccupied,waste,thereby further aggravated the difficulty in the cave building protection,development of home stay facility will be appropriate to solve Chen Lu current protection and tourism shackles,the effective ways to promote local social and economic development.In this paper,based on the literature research,field research,found that Chen Lu existing regional loss of home stay facility,and Chen Lu integral style not harmonious,the home stay facility design features,imperfect infrastructure,service management,the problems such as nonstandard,through the Chen Lu current resources integration,comprehensive analysis of cave dwellings of the feasibility of the reform of the home stay facility construction,It also summarizes the problems that need to be solved in the transformation of residential buildings.Based on two successive rural heritage hotel demonstration projects and the other is the authority of the home stay facility selection of typical cases in the winning projects the contrast analysis,combing,summed up the project on the way of the heritage protection of the environment,historical culture,regional culture protection and interpretation strategy,combined with the actual situation of Chen Lu town,summed up the Chen Lu cave home stay facility renovation design strategies and methods,Finally,through the renovation design of yuanjia Porcelain Workshop of Pozi Residential Committee,which is a representative cave dwelling courtyard,the design strategy is applied in practice.Through the study of this article,the hope can for Chen Lu cave homes to explore a kind of protection and utilization mode,solve Chen Lu economic development,employment,heritage protection and other issues,as well as Chen Lu caves provide certain guidance to design of the home stay facility upgrading,also hope to be able to for similar heritage environments to Chen Lu retrofit design of the home stay facility project provides the certain reference significance.
