Since 1960,my country’s medical equipment industry has been increasing year by year with the development and progress of social economy.As an important production equipment and corporate asset of medical institutions,medical schools,and scientific research institutions,medical equipment is continuously increasing in categories and expanding in scale,and higher requirements for its management,use,maintenance,and renewal are also put forward at any time.According to the results of market surveys,my country’s current medical equipment management theory research,management technology research and development,and application of management methods are still in its infancy.Relying on traditional management methods,it has been unable to meet the needs of large-scale,large-scale medical equipment.Market demand for refinement,low cost and high efficiency.The management level of medical equipment has become an important factor in the level of medical service.How to improve the overall management level of medical equipment,reduce the cost of equipment maintenance,repair,mismanagement of waste and asset losses,reduce the inventory of spare parts for equipment,improve the response speed of equipment maintenance and repair,ensure the sound,accurate and efficient operation of medical equipment,so that medical equipment better for medical clinical services escort,and is the main content of this paper.The research of theoretical literature is closely combined with the content of my work,which has become the main means for me to complete the thesis.On the basis of reading the theoretical literature on the business model and medical equipment management,the focus of public hospital as the target field conducted in-depth research,on this basis,but also widely collected the views,suggestions,opinions of medical equipment production enterprises,industry management departments and other relevant professionals,summarized the results of the investigation found that although China’s medical equipment industry development is on the rise,the national level also for medical equipment supervision,use,maintenance put forward higher requirements.However,the treatment institutions represented by hospitals have the outstanding problem of "heavy procurement and light management" in the process of medical equipment asset management.Taking improving the management level and management ability of medical equipment as the starting point,this paper tries to solve the problems related to medical equipment management,use and maintenance by constructing the "medical equipment management service platform",and makes the relevant planning of the business model of the platform,expounds the core six elements of the business model with the help of the classic tool of the business model canvas,analyzes the nine modules of the business model in detail and designs the requirements according to the actual situation of the target hospital.In order to ensure the safe operation of hospital medical equipment and clinical treatment efficient and reliable as the preset goal,a set of perfect and advanced medical equipment management service system implementation plan,from the management structure,management system to develop safeguards,for the implementation of the system provides a reliable guarantee,hope that through the medical equipment management service platform system design ideas,methods and realization path,can provide a feasible reference for the healthy and orderly development of China’s medical equipment management industry.
