Study On The Planning And Promotion Strategy Of Xi’an City Heritage Park

Under the strategic background of today’s cultural power,strengthening the protection and utilization of heritage and inheriting local characteristic culture become more important for the promotion of cultural soft power and social and economic development of cities.All kinds of cultural space,cultural facilities or cultural land in the city can serve as the material carrier of human spirit and culture,and improve the quality of urban cultural services in a more intuitive way,so as to realize the purpose of cultural city "as cultural people,as cultural city".Heritage park integrates various spatial functions such as site protection and display,public leisure activities and urban environment beautification.In the city,it can not only meet the needs of site protection,but also serve People’s Daily recreation and spiritual and cultural needs,and effectively coordinate the relationship between site protection and urban development.It is an important cultural space type in the city.Relying on the rich historical and cultural accumulation,the site park has been widely studied and practiced in Xi ’an,and now has become an important component of xi ’an urban cultural space.Therefore,this paper studies the completed site parks in the main urban area of Xi ’an as cultural service facilities,introduces performance evaluation methods,systematically analyzes and evaluates its current spatial distribution and overall service level,and proposes planning and upgrading strategies,which are of great significance for protecting the historical spatial pattern of Xi ’an city,inheriting the deep cultural structure,leading the city spirit and creating culture.This paper firstly reviewed and quantited the development process and construction status quo of the site parks in the main urban area of Xi ’an,and then constructed a performance evaluation system of the site parks in the main urban area of Xi ’an under the guidance of service demand based on value cognition.Combined with the four system elements of protection performance,service performance,spatial performance and social performance,the sub-index evaluation and overall evaluation are carried out on the performance of the site parks in The main urban area of Xi ’an.Finally,based on the evaluation results,the main problems existing in the site parks in the main urban area of Xi’an are summarized,and the corresponding planning and improvement strategies are proposed.It provides reference for guiding the healthy,reasonable and sustainable development of the ruins park in xi ’an city.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn :(1)the site park is an important carrier for inheriting the deep structure of xi ’an’s history and culture,and can be comprehensively positioned as a kind of cultural service facility in the city;(2)Based on the value orientation of demand,the performance evaluation system of Xi ’an heritage parks in the main urban area is constructed to further clarify the development status of heritage parks in the main urban area;(3)Protection performance and cultural performance are the key to the performance evaluation of heritage parks in the main urban area of Xi ’an;(4)The evaluation results show that the overall level of planning and construction of existing site parks in Xi ’an city is good;(5)Cultural integration and spatial integration are the premise guidance of the planning and promotion strategy of the site parks in the main urban area of Xi’an.
