| The rapid development of China’s economy has gradually improved the quality of life and consumption power of the people,and accelerated the layout and development of commercial real estate projects in various cities.It is consistent with the current development law that decoration enterprises expand their business to the interior fine decoration engineering of commercial real estate projects.However,due to the characteristics of interior fine decoration engineering of commercial real estate projects,decoration enterprises must strengthen their construction cost control ability if they want to achieve better benefits in the interior fine decoration engineering of commercial real estate projects.Therefore,the cost control countermeasures of enterprise A are studied to find cost control methods suitable for the enterprise,so as to improve the cost control ability of the enterprise.This paper analyzes it from the following three aspects:First,on the basis of literature review and research on basic concepts and methods,Take the B project undertaken by enterprise A as A case to conduct cost control analysis.The cost deviation of construction process was analyzed by earned value method,and cost control elements were identified by ABC classification method.Combined with the communication and interview with the project responsible personnel to determine the cost control problems of the project and summarize and analyze them.Based on the analysis of the problems of project B,the cost control problems are summarized and classified according to the requirements of fine system,process,data and personnel management in fine management,At the same time,A questionnaire was formed to further analyze the causes of cost control problems in the construction process of enterprise A.Then make corresponding cost control countermeasures according to the four aspects of fine management theory,Specifically including: improve the cost control system and responsibility implementation system,use of fine construction process control methods,strengthen data construction,strengthen the management of construction personnel professional quality and ability.Apply this strategy to project C,With WBS work breakdown method to carry out cost responsibility and define cost target.The results of personnel performance appraisal and the analysis data of earned value method in the construction process of the project show that the application of countermeasures has achieved good results.At the same time,the practical application effect of the countermeasures was scored by experts,and the scoring results further verified the rationality and applicability of the countermeasures.Finally,the cost control strategies of enterprise A,It puts forward three measures to strengthen personnel management,contract guarantee and hardware and software configuration.This paper analyze the problems existing in the cost control of commercial interior fine decoration project of enterprise A,Formulate fine cost control countermeasures,The application of countermeasures can improve the enterprise system,Rational use of cost control accounting methods and standardize the construction process,It plays A certain role in the construction cost control of enterprise A,and provides reference for the construction cost control of other enterprises. |
