Research On Spatial Renewal Design Of Guanzhong Rural Residential Buildings Under Functional Combination

Nowadays,there are a large number of vacant residential houses in rural Areas of Guanzhong,which are in line with rural production and life.However,as the country vigorously develops rural economy and villagers’ income increases day by day,rural construction is also widely carried out in guanzhong.The author takes the architectural space of rural residential buildings in Guanzhong as the research object,and studies the renewal and transformation methods applicable to the architectural space of rural residential buildings in Guanzhong based on the research of rural regional culture in Guanzhong and combined with successful residential reconstruction strategies in other areas.The first chapter is the research background and significance,through the study of social policy,regional reality and the current situation of rural architecture,combined with the current research status of rural architecture at home and abroad to analyze.The second chapter interprets the basic concepts and the relevant theories used in the research.The third chapter firstly combs the rural development of Guanzhong,and on this basis selects the research objects of the paper,one is Anwu Village in Jingyang County,Xianyang City,the other is Baitasi Village in Chang ’an District,Xi ’an City.Based on the results of the preliminary investigation,this paper summarizes two categories of residential type and residential-production mixed type,and subdivides the models.One is residential dwellings,with residential functions as the main.The other is the residential and industrial mixed residence,which is a typical example of the combination of rural residence and industry.These rural dwellings tend to have the first floor for production space and the second floor or above for living space.The fourth chapter,by observing and recording the status quo of rural residential houses in Guanzhong,conducts in-depth research on the functional layout of residential houses and the status quo of each space,and combs the status quo of functional composite.And observe and record the usage,behavior and track of typical cases in detail.The purpose is to discuss whether the space function matches the space demand and how to solve the existing problems of the existing residential buildings.The selection of residential style has the common characteristics of guanzhong residential,and the study and sorting of the residential space status can play a positive role in the renovation and development of other existing residential buildings in Guanzhong area.Accumulate a large amount of basic research data for future related research.In the fifth chapter through to the excellent case study research put forward the guanzhong rural residential architectural space renewal design principle,provides the renewal design targets and theoretical basis,based on the function of guanzhong rural residential housing space in compound existing problem,update the summary of the principle,the update strategy,induction of rural residences suitable way of updating method,Under the guidance of renewal principle,the renewal practice projects in Guanzhong area are discussed,the renewal measures are put forward and the renewal methods are analyzed.Chapter six is the conclusion and prospect of the thesis.
