Research And Practice Of Residence Design Of "Pavilion And Residence" Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

With the acceleration of urbanization,the phenomenon of "hollow villages" in China is becoming more and more serious,and the homesickness in the society is also brewing.In order to change the current situation of China’s rural development,the state has issued a series of dividend policies on rural construction in line with the historical trend of development.Thus,the country Renaissance ushered in an unprecedented golden age.Rural tourism,as the first step of rural revival,is also developing in full swing under the support of national policies.The subject of this study is to take the reconstruction project of village dwellings in gujiagou,jizhou as an example to explore the French style of building rural landmark buildings.From a micro perspective,the research on the project design aims to satisfy the homesickness of the project owners and provide a quiet place for the owners and their families to return to their hometown.From a macro point of view,this paper aims to summarize the feasibility experience of improving the overall style and comfort of rural residential houses by exploring the research results of rural new building cases.In the research of the subject,I mainly used the two methods of literature research and field research.Through written research,I searched,studied and integrated relevant materials and literature related to rural building construction,absorbed previous research experience and formed a mature cognition by myself.The second is to visit the project destination.Through the communication with local residents and self-observation of the rural environment and climate,we can appreciate the unique cultural customs and arbitrary landscape of guo jiagou and obtain the real information related to this project in the most practical way.Finally,I obtained considerable research results and applied them to the design of the reconstruction project of guo jiagou civil house.In the design process,from the overall architectural form to the design details such as the selection of building materials and the application of elements,the two principles of conforming to the natural environment and incorporating the local cultural characteristics are mainly followed.This case USES concise volume to form the architectural style of modernism,decorate with local building material of guo jiagou,low building form tries its best to cater to the surroundings of the project,disappear in the nature.And design not only is the value that satisfies stylist individual reflects,it is the spirit that satisfies dweller sustenance more.In the design of the interior space,I make full use of the natural environment around the building,leaving the best vision for the main space,but also continuing the use of local building materials,so that the space is full of humanistic care.The warm color that USES a lot of local lumber and gray terrazzo ground are cold and warm contrast,and the tonal of onefold household display,also continued the life atmosphere of rustic simplicity.The glass curtain used on the large side of the restaurant and other functional Spaces blurs the boundary between human and nature to the maximum extent,and the outdoor landscape also makes the interior space continue.Facing the familiar scenery,the householder deeply realizes not only the freedom of vision and soul,but also the warmth of hometown.Multi-functional space as the center of the convergence of all living Spaces,its design leading to the second floor staircase,carlos capa to the design of the combination of logs and granite blocks to learn,so that the ladder is flexible and natural extension into the line of sight in the space.And skylight asperses the natural light of beautiful annulus of beautiful annulus makes the space more mysterious and ethereal,the placement of artwork in display also increased the interaction between person and art.Through the research on the design of the reconstruction of guo jiagou dwellings,a series of follow-up thinking has also been initiated.The utilization of local culture,natural environment and climate in rural areas needs continuous optimization.And how to build rural landmark buildings in a more efficient and cost-effective way,and how to maximize the positive effects of environmental art design on rural tourism construction,these problems still need to be continued in-depth research and thinking.
