Research On The Evaluation Of Commercial Renewal Of Arcade Historical And Cultural Blocks From The Perspective Of Experience Economy

With the rapid development of cities and the change of urban and rural life style,the development of historical and cultural blocks is facing a new round of survival crisis and challenges.Arcade building is the product of the integration of Chinese and Western culture in modern times,and the material carrier of the commercial,social and residential culture of Lingnan in modern times.Arcade building historical and cultural blocks are the urban characteristics of lingnan city,but the arcade culture once declined due to social changes.At present,China is in the rapid process of urbanization,and a large number of shophouse historical and cultural blocks are facing the dilemma of demolition and retention and the dialectical relationship between the new and the old.Driven by the development of human society and economy,consumer behavior and the source of value creation have changed,and the rise of experience economy is providing a new idea for the development of arcade historical and cultural blocks.Through the study on the commercial renewal of the shopping arcade historical and cultural blocks in Lingnan,the relevant spatial characteristics and other influencing factors of shopping arcade historical and cultural blocks suitable for commercial renewal are discussed in combination with the theory of experience economy,and the ANP network analysis method is adopted to carry out empirical research and analysis combined with the actual project.It provides a brand new research perspective and method reference for the future street commercialization renewal and old city renewal in Lingnan region.Paper first discusses the experience economy theory is applied to the class the overhang of the historical and cultural blocks commercial update internal and external motivation,and from the perspective of experience economy,analyzing the status quo of the kind of historical and cultural blocks commercial update the overhang,the subjective analysis method is used for qualitative analysis and objective analysis a combination of quantitative analysis,inductive combing the type characteristics of historical and cultural blocks,It provides a theoretical basis for research.Secondly,ANP network analysis method and FCE fuzzy comprehensive evaluation related evaluation theory and method are introduced to conduct sorting and weight research on various evaluation indexes of commercial renewal of Lingnan shopping-style historical and cultural blocks from the perspective of experience economy,so as to find the influencing factors and spatial control quantity of commercial renewal of Lingnan shopping-style historical and cultural blocks.An evaluation system based on ANP network analysis mathematical model is constructed to transform the originally abstract concept and characteristics of experience economy into quantifiable data results.Finally,based on the survey results of nanning "three streets and two lanes" historical and cultural blocks as the basic data for empirical analysis and evaluation research,the application of the evaluation system is realized from the concrete operation level,and based on the evaluation results,the reconstruction strategy of the block is briefly discussed,to prove the rationality and operability of the evaluation system.This paper summarizes the basic ideas,advantages and disadvantages of its commercial renewal,and provides some experience summary and reference value for the future commercial renewal of arcade historical and cultural blocks.
