Research On Enterprise Position Evaluation Based On Project Management Knowledge

Position evaluation is an important part of enterprise human resource management.The enterprise in different industries or at different scales would have different needs for position evaluation.Establishing an efficient position evaluation program could save the company’s human capital and improve employee cohesion.In recent years,project-based management theory has gradually been adopted in the daily management work of enterprises.In practice,project-based management theory could effectively improve the enterprise management work by improving the its work’s efficiency and saving costs at the same time.Based on the theory of position evaluation and project management,this thesis discusses how to adopt the project-based management theory to improve the position evaluation management work of regional grid companies.By conducting the survey,the problems are collected as follows: 1)The county-level power grids are difficult to manage and organize the position evaluation work in daily;2)The related evaluation work could not guarantee the clear outputs to meet the good evaluation quality;3)The evaluation work do not have efficiency;4)The evaluation work lack of managing skills,etc.By analying the data from survey,this article combines the theory of project management to discuss the feasibility of the project-based management of position evaluation in power grid companies,and figure out a set of county power grid company’s position evaluation management plan.This study aims to combine the position evaluation work in power grid companies with project management theory,to provide guidance for project management theory into the daily management work of power grid companies.
