| With the quick increase in sales of new energy vehicles,the corresponding power battery end-of-life and replacement volume will also be released rapidly,according to the power battery life of 5 to 8 years,the current domestic power battery has entered the end-of-life peak area,the recycling of used batteries is facing a huge challenge.A reasonable recycling mode is one of the important ways to improve the recovery rate of power battery informal channels.As China’s power battery recycling market is in the early stage of development,the strengths and weaknesses of different recycling modes are still being gradually explored.Therefore,it is a critical and urgent issue to investigate the impact of diverse recycling modes on the power battery recycling decision of enterprises and how to optimize the existing recycling modes.In this paper,for the reverse supply chain composed of battery supplier,vehicle manufacturer Company B and informal battery recycling enterprises,the Stackelberg game method and Bertrand game method are applied to first analyze the existing power battery recycling model of Company B and compare the reverse supply chain decision under different recycling models.Then,based on the existing recycling model of Company B,we searched for ways to optimize the recycling model of Company B’s power battery and established a profit-sharing contract based on the Rubinstein bargaining model to strengthen the stability of the reverse supply chain cooperation.The analysis leads to the following conclusions in this paper.The comprehensive benefits of the co-construction recycling network model are higher than those of Company B’s self-operated recycling network model and Company B’s outsourced recycling network model,and among Company B’s existing recycling models,battery suppliers prefer the co-construction recycling network model,while Company B prefers the self-operated recycling network model.Compared with the existing power battery recycling model of Company B,the recycling alliance between battery suppliers and Company B can effectively increase the number of power battery recycling outlets,the number of power battery recycling,and the total profit of the reverse supply chain,and at the same time,it is enough to reduce the flow of power batteries to informal battery recycling enterprises to a certain extent,which has a good optimization effect.Finally,the paper summarizes the findings and management insights,presents the shortcomings and deficiencies of the study,and describes the directions in which the article can be further researched in the future.There are 36 figures,2 tables,and 55 references in this paper. |
