Waste lead battery is a typical hazardous waste in society.If it can’t be recycled properly,it will bring great threat to the environment.In order to prevent the environmental harm caused by illegal recycling and disposal of waste lead batteries,the state has put forward the EPR system,pointing out that manufacturers can undertake the responsibility of recycling by means of independent recycling or cooperative recycling with other enterprises.Cooperative recycling can effectively integrate resources through the core business of each enterprise,improve market competitiveness and gain more benefits.The establishment and maintenance of cooperative relationship is inseparable from the reasonable interest distribution mechanism,and the reasonable interest distribution is related to the long-term maintenance of cooperative relationship.Based on the analysis of various methods of benefit distribution,this paper finds that the model of benefit distribution is insufficient when only one influence factor is considered,and the final result of benefit distribution is weak.Therefore,in order to make the final distribution value persuasive and meet the requirements of each subject,this paper constructed a comprehensive benefit distribution model based on TOPSIS method to provide a fair and reasonable benefit distribution scheme for multi-party cooperation in recycling waste lead battery,solve the problem of benefit distribution and consolidate the cooperation relationship.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are introduced,the status quo of relevant research is analyzed,and questions are raised.Then using EPR system related theory,define the subject and object of interest distribution,and analyze the necessity of interest distribution and the principle of distribution should be followed.Secondly,based on the analysis of the factors affecting the benefit distribution,a single factor benefit distribution scheme is established,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the risks borne by each enterprise,and the Shapley value method is used to measure the contribution degree of each enterprise.Then the Nash negotiation model is analyzed,and combined with the benefit distribution models that only considers a single factor,the weight of different allocation methods is determined based on TOPSIS method,and finally a comprehensive benefit distribution method is compromise.Finally,the case study shows that no matter what kind of profit distribution model is used,the profit shared by cooperation is greater than that of independent operation.There is a certain gap between the value of comprehensive benefit distribution and that of other benefit distribution methods,which is mainly because the value of several benefit models that only consider a single influence factor is compromised to make the final benefit distribution more equal.
