The global automobile consumption market and the maturity of new energy technology ensure the rapid growth of the demand for power battery vehicles.Therefore,with the increase of the electric vehicle market,the demand and scrap of related power battery will continue to increase.This field has played an increasingly obvious role in helping the sustainable development of urban transportation.It is expected that the world will enter the peak of power battery scrap in 2021,but the direct disposal of power battery products after retirement will lead to high demand for raw materials,and serious waste of resources and environmental pollution.Therefore,whether from the perspective of environmental protection,performance cost saving or industrial development,the recycling activities of waste power battery products have attracted the attention of governments,enterprises and relevant scholars at home and abroad.However,the recycling of waste power battery products requires high initial investment and the establishment of the corresponding reverse logistics network,which leads to the phenomenon that manufacturing enterprises and sales enterprises who profit from selling products try to evade the responsibility of recycling from time to time,such as the "corpse mountain" of bike sharing by ofo,Mobai and other brands in recent years,and the large number of discarded express paper boxes The reason for the waste of resources and environmental pollution is the lack of perfect reverse logistics recycling system in the market,and the waste resources are not effectively utilized.Due to the characteristics of high manufacturing cost and strong waste pollution,it is urgent to establish a set of efficient and reasonable recycling system of waste power batteries.Based on Steinberg’s game theory,this paper constructs a closed-loop supply chain system composed of "manufacturer seller" and "manufacturer seller third party recycler" from the perspective of power battery industry alliance recycling mode and third-party recycler recycling mode,and studies how to improve the recovery rate of power battery and optimize the participation of the main body The level of decisionmaking,how to adjust the intensity of rewards and punishments and the proportion of responsibility sharing,and ultimately achieve the coordination of closed-loop supply chain system.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)when the government does not interfere in the closed-loop supply chain recycling,the total profit of the power battery market under the decentralized decision-making is always lower than that under the centralized decision-making.(2)When the manufacturer of power battery takes the responsibility of recycling waste products alone,the retailers in the downstream of the supply chain will set a higher retail price,and the lower government rewards and punishments will only damage the profits of the retailers.(3)The change of the proportion of rewards and punishments does not affect the retail price of the consumer market.Although the manufacturer bears the responsibility of recycling alone,the retailer and recycler have the behavior of "free riding",but the profit of the whole power battery market will increase.(4)When the retailers(recyclers)share the responsibility for recycling,the government will choose to increase(reduce)the intensity of rewards and punishments,and no matter how the proportion of responsibility sharing changes,it will not affect the profit level of the retailers.(5)Under certain conditions,the government’s reward and punishment mechanism will improve the overall profit of the closed-loop supply chain system,improve the market recovery rate,and finally realize the Pareto improvement of the power battery closedloop supply chain.
