| As high-speed rail has gradually become people’s main mode of travel,the development of high-speed rail hubs is also constantly advancing and improving.The construction concept of station-city integration makes high-speed rail hub stations no longer only exist as transportation buildings,but also have the role of urban detonation points.Therefore,commercial space,as an open public space,has naturally attracted attention.Since the construction of high-speed rail hub stations,the high-cost operation and maintenance costs have caused most hub stations to operate almost all the time in debt.Commercial space generates valuable benefits with the help of the business opportunities brought about by the large flow of people in high-speed rail hub stations,which can provide support for the development of high-speed railway stations.Improving the value of commercial space can realize the win-win integration of commercial and high-speed rail hubs.The arrival of the experience economy has made consumers pay attention to the service quality of commercial space and the sense of venue experience,and the commercial space of high-speed rail hubs is naturally no exception.Therefore,based on the basic situation of high-speed rail hub stations in China at this stage,this paper takes the commercial space of high-speed rail hub stations as the research object.Based on the goal of improving the venue experience of crowded,this paper puts forward an optimization design strategy for the commercial space of high-speed rail hub stations,aiming to create a commercial space with a good experience for passengers and other people.First of all,this paper sorts out the venue experience theory,makes a basic study on the current characteristics of high-speed rail hub stations and the current characteristics of commercial space inside them.Then analyzes the restrictions of the current technological development and national management policies on the commercial space of high-speed rail hub stations,and further refines the research objects of commercial space into the waiting room and transfer space.Secondly,through the investigation of the current situation of commercial space in high-speed rail hubs at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the commercial space design of domestic high-speed rail hubs combined with the three elements of venue experience,that provides ideas and case support for the proposal of the latter strategy.Then analyzes the activity characteristics,motivations and needs of the people in the commercial space.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the author puts forward the three principles of "guide first,people-oriented and sense-oriented" for commercial space optimization.Then,the strategy for optimizing the commercial space of high-speed rail hub stations based on the improvement of the sense of venue experience is proposed from three aspects: functional inclusion and compounding,comfortable space environment,and space quality characteristics.Based on absorbing the existing research of the commercial space of high-speed rail hub stations,this paper studies the optimization design strategy of the commercial space of high-speed rail hub stations.Through this article,the author hopes to put forward reasonable suggestions for the commercial space of high-speed rail hubs in China,and looks forward to further improving the spatial quality of the commercial space of high-speed rail hub stations. |
