The Research Of The Transitional Space Between The Urban Commercial Space And The Rail Traffic Station

In the 21 st century, China’s economy has developed rapidly, urban population has surged largely and the contradiction of private and public transportation is becoming more and more prominent and it brings huge pressure to the development of urban traffic. Rail transportation, with its advantage of fast, safe, punctuality and comfort has begun to play its role of potential, and gradually become a backbone of urban public transportation.At the same time, under the background of the large-scale construction of rail transit system and intensive utilization of land resources, commercial buildings along the metro-lines are beyond its closed to three-dimensional and composite development, Evolution may have been a open dynamic system which is a multi-level and multi factor compound. And Rail transportation begin to intervene commerce space. Making commerce and transportation become more and more unclear. As a result, it occur to a new space, this is transit space, which connects commercial space and rail transit site. How to effectively integrate cohesion between rail transit and commerce, to make mutual benefit, both get more and more attention of designers.Papers is based on the transitional space which is commercial space and rail transit site space as the research object, to find a solution to the business and the design method of the joint development of rail transit system and strategy. This article firstly has pointed out clearly related concept and the research scope which is the commercial space and rail transit site, to analysis of urban catalytic theory, urban image, point axis space structure, etc, and then on the basis of relevant theories above, combining with successful cases at home and abroad, summed up the experience and the insufficiency in the transitional space design, respectively from the four aspects which are the urban planning and management, urban design, architectural design, space environment design in order to conclude the design strategy of transition space from the perspective of ontology, to analysis the constituent elements of the transition space, space form, the method of combination, and induce the design strategy of the transition space.Finally for field investigation and analysis of xi ’an subway line 2, according to the research of the commercial space and the subway site transition space analysis, finding the existed problems, and puts forward suggestions according to the theoretical research above. As a gathered and scattered public space between city business and rail transit, the transitional space bears a very important role in urban functional space. This article selects the type space as its research object, to hope to play a derivative role for the future relevant theory which belong to transition space research.
