Landscape Design Of Binhe Park In Chengde City From The Perspective Of City Stitching

In recent years,with the process of urbanization in our country is accelerating,in order to provide a sound living condition for urban residents,the government improved the riverfront landscape and added many new elements to its design.Despite more pleasure visual experiences the improvement may bring to us,the new and old space seems to be gradually separated as the lack of reflection on the original landscape and incoherence between the new and original landscape,thus exerting negative influence on the development of space and environment.This paper focuses on the riverfront parks in cities.Based on the landscape suture concept,this paper analyzed the landscape design of riverfront parks.It first analyzed the theories related to the landscape suture design,which provided theoretical basis for later study.It then briefly introduced the suture cities,landscape suture and the riverfront landscape.It stated that the related theories concerning to the research,the design principles and basic approach.It also elaborated the environment,geography,vegetation and revetment landscape around the riverfront parks.To learn about the problems in riverfront parks,the questionnaires are adopted to collect the public opinion and summarize the problems,thus finding out the necessity to suture the riverfront parks in cities.At last,based on the concept of “suture city”,it designed the riverfront park in Chengde city,made the up-front plan of riverfront parks design,determine the design philosophy,principles and targets,as well as put up with specific strategies.Starting with such aspects as space,ecological base and the system of park road,this paper conducted design practice,and finished the design for landscape space,transport system,ecological base and historical culture.Through practice and research,this paper pointed out that landscape suture can effectively solve the problem with urban landscape compound and ecological environment of rivers.While improving the riverfront landscape,landscape suture also promoted the development of urban ecological environment.
