| At present,the focus of urban development in China is gradually shifting from incremental expansion to stock growth,and from the development and construction of growth equivalent to The renewal of old housing has become an important part of urban renewal and development.The reconstruction of old residential areas not only improves the living standard of residents and enriches the image of the city,but also is necessary to realize sustainable development and reduce the waste of resources.However,there is still insufficient research on the renewal and reconstruction of old residential areas.This paper is a study on the adaptive renewal of old residential areas,taking the relevant theory of adaptive renewal and the old residential area renewal at home and abroad as the starting point,and analyzes and summarizes the research experience of practical cases at home and abroad.In Shenyang tai south village,Harbin river cypress residential area and Japan UR urban regeneration renovation project as an example,from the old living area environment,building facade,interior space and residential vertical traffic space these aspects,clear the goal of the old residential renewal,find out the problems existing in the process of renovation,inductive design points and transformation experience,put forward the old residential adaptation renovation strategy method.Finally based on the old residential renovation situation and update design method,the Suihua city constant art sunshine city village as a case study adaptive update design practice,through the field research and questionnaire survey of residents,the analysis,understand the area environment,building monomer and residential interior space of the three main problems,according to the above strategy,targeted design.Through the analysis and summary of the adaptive renewal design of old residential areas and the case practice study,this paper tries to supplement the existing research on the renovation of old residential areas in China,and provide reference and reference for the reconstruction of old residential areas and the construction of new areas. |
