Abstract/Summary:
The practice of energy efficiency renovation for existing residential buildings is complicated for large scope, complex system and other disadvantages. The result of energy efficiency renovation is evaluated synthetically by the checking and evaluation on target, and the energy efficiency renovation can be put in practice successfully.This paper analyzed the energy consumption status and energy saving potential of existing residential buildings in Chinese northern heating areas, and the target recognition, renovation obstacle and economic incentive policies of energy efficiency renovation for existing residential buildings were also studied. Based on a project in Beijing city,the different schemes of energy efficiency renovation were discussed. And according to life cycle assessment, multi-index evaluations, analytic hierarchy process and success degree evaluation, this paper established the checking and evaluation on target of energy efficiency renovation for existing residential buildings in Chinese northern heating areas and its mathematical model.Based on the heat supply test results of heating boilers, thermal performance and thermal bridge test results of enclosure structure for existing buildings in Huangmuchang, Zhangjiawan, Tongzhou District, Beijing City, its coal consumption and heat load index were obtained. And compared with corresponding data in"Energy conservation design standard for new heating residential buildings"(DBJ 01-602-2004), the energy saving potential of existing buildings in Huangmuchang is great. And then the scheme of energy efficiency renovation for existing buildings in Huangmuchang was established via researches, so the enclosure structures of existing buildings, heat supply systems and heating network systems in Huangmuchang will be all renovated based on the scheme. The coal consumption and heat load index for renovated buildings were simulated via mathematical model, and the result showed that the scheme of energy efficiency renovation achieved purpose of energy saving and emission reduction. According to estimate method of life cycle assessment and mathematical model of evaluation system, the result of energy efficiency renovation for existing heating buildings in Huangmuchang was evaluated, and the result is A. The validity of life cycle assessment system was proved, too.In this paper, with the theoretical analyses on the checking and evaluation on target of energy efficiency renovation for existing residential buildings in Chinese northern heating areas, the valuable data were obtained. To some extent, it provides a reference for further researches, and will promote the development of energy efficiency renovation.
