The development of information technology not only promotes the innovation of technology in engineering field,but also puts forward new requirements on the cultivation mode of engineering management professional talents,especially the epidemic factor has many restrictions on the normal operation of traditional education mode,which makes the development of "online + offline" mixed teaching mode receive wide attention from all walks of life and become a research hotspot in engineering education field in recent years.It has become a research hotspot in the field of engineering education in recent years.At the same time,the characteristics of mixed teaching mode,such as breaking through time and space constraints,simulation of professional training scenes and powerful teaching interaction,have become important measures for institutions of higher education to improve the teaching level of engineering management majors and ensure the cultivation of engineering management professional talents.However,the current research direction of academia is mainly inclined to the development of hybrid teaching mode,with less research on mode evaluation.There is an urgent need to build a hybrid teaching mode evaluation system that reflects the characteristics of vocational education and highlights the requirements of engineering management professional training,so as to provide feedback and guarantee for the optimization and progress of hybrid teaching mode.In view of this,based on a large amount of literature,this study extracted the evaluation framework of mixed teaching mode of engineering management majors in colleges and universities by using principal component analysis,determined the evaluation indexes and their weights by using Delphi method,hierarchical analysis and expert ranking method,constructed a more scientific and feasible evaluation index system,and carried out a two-phase empirical study based on this method using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation results were used to guide the optimization and improvement of the mixed teaching mode,in order to provide some reference for scientific understanding and solving the problem of the lack of evaluation system of mixed teaching mode of engineering management majors at the current stage of higher education.The research results show that the evaluation system of mixed teaching mode of engineering management majors in higher vocational institutions constructed in this study has good scientificity and reliability in practice.By comparing the differences between the evaluation results of the two phases,it is found that the teaching effect of the second phase after optimizing and improving the hybrid teaching mode according to the evaluation feedback is better than that of the first phase,which fully verifies the effectiveness of the evaluation system on the one hand,and shows that the experience and key measures of this study for optimizing the hybrid teaching mode based on the evaluation results are practical and feasible,and can provide reference for the design and construction of other hybrid courses of engineering management in higher vocational colleges It can provide reference for the design and construction of other hybrid courses in engineering management in higher education institutions,and further explore the value of the evaluation system of mixed teaching mode.
