In recent years,with the rapid economic development,the development of the power industry has also achieved a qualitative leap.Smart grid is bound to be the general trend and direction of power grid development.The development of smart grid is not only a unilateral development,but also a collection of various technological developments.In the new round of power grid development,the box type substation,as a distribution equipment,is widely used in the power grid.In order to ensure the safety and stability of distribution,the research and design of the monitoring system of the box type substation is of great significance.At present,there are many problems in the monitoring system of box type substation,such as inaccurate monitoring information,unable to monitor and control remotely,and requiring a large number of manual troubleshooting.To solve these problems,this paper combines the actual working characteristics of box type substation,integrates the Internet of things technology,wireless transmission and sensor technology,and studies and designs a security early warning system for box type substation based on NB-IoT to solve the problems existing in the current monitoring process.The research and design content of this paper includes three aspects: firstly,the development status of box type substation monitoring at home and abroad in recent years,what can be used for reference and what problems exist in the current monitoring system.The network architecture of the IoT monitoring system is analyzed.Combined with the working principle of the box type substation,the NB-IoT narrowband IoT is selected as the wireless communication module through the comparison of the characteristics of the low-power Wan in the IoT;Secondly,combined with the actual working environment of box type substation,according to the network structure of NB-IoT,it is determined that the overall design of the safety early warning system of box type substation should meet the requirements and functions of monitoring and control integration.Design the hardware and software of the system according to the function.STM32 is selected as the acquisition terminal control module of the system.The temperature and humidity,flame,CO and smoke,water immersion and illegal intrusion sensors in the box type substation are responsible for collecting the data of the box type substation.As the wireless communication module of NB-IoT,BC20 is responsible for uploading the collected data of the collection terminal to the cloud platform and Issuing the cloud platform command;Finally,according to the system design requirements,complete the design of Internet of things cloud platform and mobile app based on Android system.Cloud platform and mobile app should realize the function of remote monitoring and control terminal;Realize the functions of dynamic curve query,equipment positioning query and historical data query;Realize the function of setting alarm threshold and intelligent alarm on cloud platform and mobile App.After the system design is completed,each module and the overall system are tested,and the method of simulating the environment of box type substation is used to test the system.The test results show that the box type substation safety early warning system can achieve the expected functions according to the design requirements,and basically solve the common problems existing in the current monitoring system,and realize the functions of remote monitoring,remote control and intelligent alarm.Figure [65] table [4] reference [83]...
