Aiming at the problems of the traditional 10kV box type substation,such as lack of memote monitoring of operating environment and equipment,low degree of intelligence,high cost of manual inspection,and low safety of power supply,a 10kV smart box type substation system based on Intemet of things is designed in this paper,taking the design of 10kV smart box type substation in a college student apartment as the engineering background.The primary system of smart box substation is the same as traditional 10kV box type substation.This paper focuses mainly on the design of remote monitoring system of 10kV smart box type substation based on Internet of things.The remote monitoring system of 10kV smart box substation based on Internet of things is composed of three parts:perception layer.communication layer and application layer.RS485 serial communication bus is selected as the field bus of smart box type substation in the perception layer,which is responsible for data acquisition of sensor and transmission to the field controller.The design of field bus local area network of box type substation takes the field controller as the core,including secondary system equipment such as microcomputer protection device,intelligent network ammeter and intelligent reactive power compensation controller.as well as environmental detection equipment such as temperature.humidity.smoke and water immersion sensors.The field controller is designed with STM32 embedded microprocessor,including LCD display,voice alarm module,relay and GPRS communication module.The field controller chooses ?C/OS-? embedded real-time operating system for the design of the application development.The communication layer adopts GPRS wireless communication,which is responsible for the two-way data transmission between the field controller and the cloud platform.The application layer develops the remote monitoring system and phone APP of the box type substation on the smart cloud platf-orm.which is responsible for storage,analysis and processing of the operation data of the box type substation.After a long time of laboratory design,production and overall test,the system has realized the functions of remote monitoring the environmental parameters such as temperature,humidity,smoke alarm and water accumulation in the foundation pit,as well as responsible for storage,analysis and processing of the operation data of the box type substation.After a long time of laboratory design,production and overall test,the system has realized the functions of remote monitoring the environmental parameters such as temperature,humidity,smoke alarm and water accumulation in the foundation pit,as well as electrical parameters such as current,voltage,frequency and power factor,and equipment working status through computer WEB or phone APP.When abnormal or fault occurs in the operation of the box type substation,the monitoring system will automatically judge the fault level,and give an alarm through different combination modes such as on-site alarm bell,phone APP,SMS and telephone,etc.,and inform relevant staff to eliminate the hidden trouble in time and prevent the occurrence of electrical accidents.At present,the system is running well and can be further installed in 10kV box type substation for field operation test.The remote monitoring system of 10kV intelligent box transformer based on Internet of things has low cost and high cost performance.It is suitable for remote monitoring and centralized management of box type substation and distribution room.It can greatly improve the intelligent level and power supply safety and reliability of power distribution equipment in schools,enterprises and communities,and has good application prospects and social and economic value.
