Scroll compressors are currently widely used in various fields and have great scientific research value.Most of the current scroll compressors are driven by motors,and motor-driven scroll compressors have many shortcomings in the application process,such as wearing parts,difficult to achieve oil-free and torque problems,which are the difficulties we need to break through at present.Comprehensive consideration of the above problems,so the research group proposed a combination of magnetic levitation technology scroll compressor,electromagnetic force as the driving force,magnetic levitation technology to ensure no friction problems,reduce losses,do not need to consider the torque of the scroll compressor-electromagnetic drive scroll compressor.This thesis for the electromagnetic drive scroll compressor control method to carry out research,to ensure its smooth operation,for the scroll compressor to the oil-free field to establish a foundation.First of all,the new proposed electromagnetic drive type introduces the structure and working principle of vortex compressor,a mathematical model of the electromagnet,through experiment verify its accuracy,the structure and working principle of electromagnetic drive type vortex compressor on research and analysis of operation when the electromagnetic drive type vortex air compressor was set up mathematical model of the disturbing force.In order to achieve the stable operation of the electromagnetic drive scroll compressor,a dynamic mathematical model is established,and the controllability of the system is verified through the state space matrix,and the control simulation and experiment are carried out based on PID.Secondly,through the in-depth study of the PID control method of the electromagnetic drive scroll compressor control system,it is found that the response effect of the PID control applied to this system to the interference is not up to the expected purpose.Therefore,the fuzzy control is combined with the conventional PID control,and the fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed to control the electromagnetic drive scroll compressor to improve the response of the system,improve the capabilities of the system and the dynamic and static performance of the system.Finally,in order to verify the superiority of the designed fuzzy adaptive PID controller over the magnetic drive control system of the electromagnetic drive scroll compressor,MATLAB/Simulink is used for simulation and analysis.At the same time,the experimental table of the control system is built through d SPACE,and through the experimental analysis of step response,trajectory tracking and moving vortex rotation,it is concluded that compared with the conventional PID controller,the fuzzy adaptive PID controller is better than the conventional PID controller in terms of regulation time,overshoot,and anti-interference performance. |
