Scroll compressor is a new type compressor. It has characteristics of small bulk, compact structure, high efficiency and working smoothly. With the development of industry , sometimes we need compressed gas without polluted by lube (or not by a long sight allow gas to contract with lube), but now most kinds of scroll compressor are still lubricated by oil. It is important to develop and empolder oil-free scroll compressor.First of all ,we have explain the main characteristic of oil-free compressor and analyse the domestic and international state of development. This paper bring forward the theory of twin-scroll and analyse the two spiral's geometry theory and design method of structure parameter.To compare single spiral scroll with twin-spiral scroll,we make a conclusion that adopting twin-spiral scroll theory to design scroll machine with large displacement can not only reduce the orbiting radius for the same displacement and hence velocity.Then expatiate the geometry structure parameter and the ponderance of modification wrap.Secondly.the paper analyse the leakage of oil-free scroll compressor, then establish and analyse the mathematics model of leakage. The seal element of scroll tooth which is made of lubricative material and wearable board in the bottom of scrolls. They can not only hold back the leakage through axial clearance but also reduce friction power losing between scroll tooth and bottom of scrolls.This paper will point out their design method. Prove that the importance of oil-free scroll compressor's cooling system, then proposes utilizing the computer to measure and control the cooling system automatically, these will offer the train of thought for the thing that designing the high-efficient oil-free scroll compressor.Finally, this paper combine three-dimensional parameter software and Visual Basic software and explore the calculation optimization method of the dynamic equilibrium, significant to shortening products design cycle, the ones that have provided for project designer in the design are simple and easy , high-efficient. We will realize to control the system of scroll compressor aircrew through using PC, PLC controller and inverter. It is realize the computer to intellectually control and manage the system of scroll compressor aircrew through the serial interface communication between PC and PLC and control system visual soft ware.
