Scroll compressor,compared with other types of compressors,has more advantages of stable operation,compact structure,low noise,high efficiency and other aspects.Oil-free scroll compressor is gradually becoming the focus of the compressor industry with the increasing importance of environmental pollution in the world.The oil bearing is always changed into self-lubricating bearings,and a layer of self-lubricating material is always sprayed on the surface which contacts anti-rotation mechanism and dynamic scroll plate or frame in current oil-free scroll compressor.So the research focus of the oil-free scroll compressor is placed on the life of self-lubricating material and heating problem by domestic and foreign researchers.The magnetic levitation technology has the advantages of no contact,no friction,no lubrication and other excellence.It can be used to solve the problems of the traditional equipment.On the basis of compact magnetic drive framework,simple control system and other characteristics,a new type of oil-free scroll compressor-magnetic drive type oil-free scroll compressor-is given.And the design idea and working principle of the new scroll compressor are illustrated.Based on the study of the theoretical formula for the scroll compressor,a new type of compressor line is optimized from different types of new compressor combined magnetic characteristics and its profile is modified.According to the new compressor parameters,the required dynamic scroll plate back pressure and driving force are analyzed and calculated.The magnetic circuit and magnetic force of different-size back-pressure element and different-type driving element are studied by finite element software.And the most suitable components are optimized.Because the force diagram of the dynamic scroll plate is the relationship between force and angle,the driving force is the relationship between force and air gap.Therefore,the theoretical formula of the relationship between the force and the air gap is deduced by induction formula.The magnetic force of new compressor drive element is verified by the theoretical formula.It explains that the radial force has little effect on the design of the scroll compression drive element.In order to reduce the vibration of the dynamic scroll plate,the restraint 6-mode analysis of the dynamic scroll plate is studied.The controlling-part dynamic model of new compressor is found based on the electromagnet differential mathematical model and the compression resistance mathematical model.And the state space equation is established.It is proved that the system is a controllable system by controlling the linear correlation between controllable and considerable matrix.The response characteristics and displacement characteristics of the system state space equation are analyzed by numerical simulation software.The optimal control points of the control system are solved by using the LQR control strategy,and the necessity of the simulation of the displacement characteristics of the new oil-free scroll compressor is introduced.According to the heavy workload during scroll compressor design process and lacking of visual design tools,a magnetically driven oil-free scroll compressor auxiliary design software is developed.This paper introduce the architecture design and working flow chart and some parts of the software background,and explains the use of the software and its function.Reference is provided for the magnetic drive oil-free scroll compressor or scroll compression design and research.
