| With the rapid development of economy and society,there are many urban problems in China,such as population expansion,traffic congestion and environmental degradation.In order to seek solutions,various ministries and commissions have successively formulated a series of documents to guide the coordinated development of rail transit construction and cities,and encourage regions with conditions to explore TOD mode suitable for their own development.As an international comprehensive transportation hub,Chongqing has issued a series of policies and regulations,defining the implementation mechanism and providing policy guarantee for the comprehensive development of rail transit Tod.Chongqing has unique advantages in developing TOD mode: the long mileage of Rail Transit under construction and planning,and the population size of over 36 million are the strong motivation for Chongqing to develop TOD mode;A sound public transport system is the basic support for the development of TOD mode.However,the development of TOD mode in Chongqing also faces challenges: the mountainous terrain,which is different from the plain cities,has caused many restrictions on the creation of public space landscape outside the rail transit stations in Chongqing.Considering the integration of rail transit landscape and mountain elements,this paper discusses the problems concerned by TOD model,such as the fragmentation of the land outside the rail station,poor pedestrian continuity,and low spatial complexity.Therefore,it is very important to study the public space landscape outside Chongqing rail transit station based on TOD mode.In terms of theoretical research,by studying TOD mode and relevant design theories of public space landscape outside rail transit stations,and analyzing relevant cases at home and abroad,this paper combs the relationship between rail transit stations and urban texture from the macro level;The relationship between the public space landscape outside the station and the surrounding business types is analyzed from the meso level;From the micro level,it further analyzes the importance of integrating local culture into the landscape design of public space outside the station,and summarizes the Enlightenment of TOD mode application to the landscape design of public space outside the Chongqing rail transit station.In terms of problem extraction,through literature review and current situation investigation,the current situation is analyzed from four aspects: landscape spatial elements,traffic organization,functional organization and landscape facilities,It is concluded that there are four current problems in the public space landscape outside the Chongqing rail transit station: the urban texture is blocked,the traffic flow is not smooth,the street maintenance is insufficient,the walking experience is poor,the functional layout is extensive,the types of activities are limited,the station culture is missing,and the urban memory is scattered.In terms of design strategy,based on the core needs of TOD mode for pedestrian continuity,spatial complexity,personalization and localization,and corresponding to the current problems in four aspects of public space landscape outside Chongqing rail transit stations,four response strategies are proposed: "combing the station City relationship,repairing the urban texture;optimizing the traffic environment,improving the walking experience;integrating site functions,creating a popular space;integrating local culture,and regaining urban memory".In terms of design practice,combined with the design strategy proposed in Chapter4,the rail Nanping station is selected to carry out the landscape design of public space outside the station based on TOD mode,and the landscape design practice of public space outside the station is carried out according to the typical problems existing in the station City relationship,pedestrian flow line,functional place,station culture,etc.,so as to demonstrate the feasibility and operability of the landscape design strategy of public space outside the station.By analyzing and summarizing the current situation of the public space landscape outside the Chongqing rail transit station,this paper has conducted a more in-depth special research based on the TOD model and put forward landscape design strategies.Under the condition of tight urban land use,make good use of the space outside the rail transit station,sort out the landscape space traffic,organize the pedestrian flow line,optimize the pedestrian space,and improve the urban appearance and landscape quality,It has certain application value to promote Chongqing to achieve the TOD special planning goal of "one line,one feature,one station,one scenery". |
