With the rapid development of cities in our country.The level of urbanization is increasing.The rapid development of motorization.The utilization of urban land resources and the development of urban rail sites are increasingly close.Both the contradiction is increasingly outstanding.Various problems in the rapid development of urban rail transit in China.At present,the research on the comprehensive development of the urban rail transit transfer station and the surrounding space in the domestic urban design is relatively lacking.This paper takes the main urban area of Chongqing as an example.Then research on the spatial characteristics of matter of the surrounding area of the railway interchange station,such as land development,spatial association,function use.Through,research on relevant factors for the user's spatial perception grayscale.This paper discusses the strategy of comprehensive development and planning design of transfer station and surrounding block space.,Afterword,it provides some reference for the development and utilization of space resources in urban rail transit stations.First of all,this article is aimed at the current development of rail transit.Introduce the evolution and characteristics of urban spatial structure and the development of rail transit in Chongqing and the impact of rail transit on the space of the city and surrounding neighborhoods was discussed.The related research of domestic and foreign rail transit and urban space structure,rail transit and land use.It's a summary of the theoretical work and the practical applications.And it introduces three successful cases of rail transit stations at home and abroad.The above,on the one hand,this paper provides a reference for the research of Chongqing rail transit.On the other hand,it provides theoretical and empirical support for land development and spatial optimization strategy.Secondly,research on the main city rail transit station.The site is divided into two categories,then determine the reasonable impact area of each site and status survey methods.Survey of various typical sites,include Xiaoshizi,Jiaochangkou,Lianglukou,Daping,Niujiao,and Hongqihegou..The survey includes three aspects: land development plan,traffic connections,crowd activities and residents' trip characteristics.Data summary of the current state of each site and combine with quantitative analysis methods.The data analyzes the problems of the transfer station and the surrounding neighborhood space.The land use layout of various types of sites is unreasonable,resulting in a general level of land intensiveness and the development of surrounding neighborhoods in terms of land use.Weak connection between the connection space and block space of each site in terms of spatial correlation.Peripheral functions of various types of sites are used unevenly,and users are negatively aware of functions in terms of functional use.According to the analysis of the above three types of problems,from the three perspectives of policy regime,development mechanism and planning design,the various causes of various types of sites and surrounding neighborhoods are clarified.Finally,based on the research on the spatial problems and causes of the surrounding neighborhoods of the transfer station,this paper proposes the optimization strategy of land development,land,space,function and environment in the development of Chongqing track site and surrounding neighborhoods.Combining the characteristics of the mountain,enhancing the spatial connection between the site and the block and the street section,forming a multi-level spatial contact network of “street in the subway”.With the "space-time" four-dimensional function concept,the function of the block is reasonably distributed,and the three-dimensional composite function mode of "the subway in the building" is formed.Converging squares and green spaces with sites to create a comfortable neighborhood environmentThe basic research framework of the paper is "Theory Construction-Current Research-Asking Questions-Analyzing Problems-Solving Problems".This study hopes to provide reference for follow-up research on rail transit in mountainous cities,and explores the development and development model suitable for China's rail transit transfer stations and surrounding neighborhoods in combination with the characteristics of the development of urban neighborhoods in China,so that rail transit stations can play a more important role in urban development.Many functions contribute to the sustainable development of the city.
