Evaluation And Selection Of Daily Maintenance Construction Units In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,the support of national policy has brought new opportunities for the development of higher vocational colleges.Adequate funding guarantees and the increase in the service life of buildings have made the number of infrastructure renovation projects in various colleges continue to rise.In the repair project,daily maintenance is a relatively special repair project.The daily maintenance projects are widely distributed,involve a variety of maintenance types and always highly emergency.Due to the lack of specific laws and regulations,the daily maintenance work in higher vocational colleges has some problems like untimely maintenance and poor maintenance quality.Based on the investigation of some higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province,this thesis analyzed and combed the status quo of daily maintenance in higher vocational colleges,and get the conclusion that selecting high-quality maintenance construction units is the key to solve the problem.Then it analyzed the situation of the selection of daily maintenance construction units,and points out some problems like non-standard procurement procedures and unreasonable evaluation index setting.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis used methods such as literature research method and expert scoring method to select the evaluation indexes of daily maintenance in higher vocational colleges,used AHP and Delphi method to determine the relative weight of each evaluation index,and puts forward the optimization scheme of daily maintenance construction unit selection based on competitive negotiations.The optimization scheme was piloted in A College of Jiangxi Province,and the winning construction units and maintenance effects were compared and analyzed before and after optimization.In addition,this thesis also summarized some countermeasures for daily maintenance management problems from the perspective of daily maintenance managers in higher vocational colleges,and proposed an idea of the combined contracting mode of daily maintenance work in regional higher vocational colleges.This thesis play a certain role in standardizing the purchasing procedure of daily maintenance in higher vocational colleges and improving the efficiency of daily maintenance,and also provides a new view for the selection of construction units of similar projects.
