Study On Site Selection Of Highway Daily Maintenance Center Of H Company

With the basic formation of highway network and the rapid growth of traffic volume,the importance of highway daily maintenance is increasing day by day.Scientific and rational highway daily maintenance center location determines the daily maintenance work can be completed on time with good quality.It can effectively improve the utilization rate of resources,reduce maintenance cost,and strengthen the highway daily maintenance and management of systematic and logical.It plays a vital role in daily maintenance management.Based on the overview of research status at home and abroad,this paper firstly analyzes the current status of the daily maintenance work area and daily maintenance operation status of H Company highway,and expands the main influencing factors of the daily maintenance center site selection from three aspects: cost factor,distance factor and demand factor.Next,considering the daily maintenance activities with determined demand and the daily maintenance activities with uncertain demand,this paper constructs the site selection model of the daily maintenance center with the goal of minimizing the total cost of daily maintenance and constraints on distance and capacity.The total cost of daily maintenance includes fixed construction cost,variable capacity cost,and material transportation cost.Finally,according to the highway daily maintenance data of H company,Lingo.17 is used to solve the location model.This paper analyses the optimal decision analysis and daily maintenance cost under different conditions.Then it analyses the trade-off of the daily maintenance center service level and daily maintenance cost.It also analyses the impact of the fluctuation range of demand on the service level and daily maintenance cost of the daily maintenance center.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions on the site selection of H Company’s highway daily maintenance center.These analyses show that: the daily maintenance activities of highway include the daily maintenance activities with determined demand and the daily maintenance activities with uncertain demand;the daily maintenance activities with uncertain demand occupies a large share of the total daily maintenance cost;the more the number of daily maintenance demand points deviating from the mean value,the greater the total daily maintenance cost,and the larger the fluctuation range of demand,the greater the total daily maintenance cost;the decision maker can choose the site scientifically and rationally according to the trade-off between the service level of daily maintenance center and the total cost of daily maintenance.
