There are many rivers and lakes in China,and there are more than 50,000 small and medium-sized rivers with a basin area of more than 100 km~2.Almost every river has built river embankments in county urban areas.However,there are great differences in natural geography,economic level and ecological environment among counties,in addition,the dike project plays an increasingly important role in protecting human safety,industrial development and ecological benefits.The safety status of river dike project in county urban areas is highly concerned by the society.Therefore,the innovation of dike engineering safety evaluation method in county urban area has better theoretical and practical value.The general research idea of this paper is to establish a safety evaluation model of county urban dike project in accordance with the current safety evaluation guidelines of national dike project,and then verify the validity and accuracy of the model through the relevant data of real projects.Through the theoretical model construction and example verification,it provides certain decision basis and technical support for the management and safety evaluation of county urban dike engineering.Based on the above ideas,this paper combined with the actual situation of county city levee engineering,by analyzing the related literature and project management information,Representative factors affecting dike safety in county urban areas are selected from the aspects of dike characteristics and river hydrology.AHP-entropy weight method combining subjective and objective is adopted to construct fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix,The safety evaluation model of county urban dike engineering is established.Finally,taking the embankment project of Tong Gu County(Fengtian to the West Lake No.2 bridge)as an validation object,the weight of each index is calculated,and the comprehensive safety score of the project is 0.746568,and the comprehensive grade is"generally safe",which conforms to the actual situation.
