owners,the adoption rate of assembly decoration in commercial housing is still low at this stage.In this situation,how the government should guide the development of the commercial housing assembly decoration market,and the future market evolution path and mode need to be deeply studied.Taking the assembly decoration market of commercial housing as the research object,this paper studies the obstacles to the development of the assembly decoration market,and establishes the index system of the obstacles to the development of the market;Through the expert scoring method,the importance of each obstacle index is weighted,the weight of each index is obtained,and finally the key obstacles to market development are identified.On this basis,the evolutionary game model of decoration market development is established by using evolutionary game theory;This paper studies the market development from four aspects: spontaneous evolution of the market,government incentive,change of consumption concept and technological upgrading,hoping to provide a scientific basis for promoting the development of the assembled decoration market of commercial housing.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,according to the object of China’s current commercial housing assembly decoration market,the commercial housing assembly decoration market is divided into new commercial housing assembly decoration market and existing commercial housing assembly decoration market;Through the methods of literature research and in-depth interview,this paper uses the grounded theory to identify the obstacles to the development of the above two markets,and constructs an index system of the obstacles to the development of the assembly decoration market of new commercial housing,including four dimensions of technology,market,related industries and policies,and 12 indicators such as the maturity of design technology,the consumption intention of small owners and the promotion of the government;Build an indicator system of factors hindering the development of assembly decoration and transformation of existing commercial housing,including five dimensions of concept,technology,market,related industries and policies,and 15 indicators such as aesthetic habits,management technology maturity and supplier supply capacity;Through the expert scoring method,the importance of each obstacle index is weighted,the weight of each index is obtained,and finally the key obstacles to market development are identified.The results show that government subsidies,decoration costs and relevant standards have a great impact on the development of assembly decoration market of new commercial housing;The government’s promotion,decoration cost,small owners’ acceptance and suppliers’ supply capacity have a great impact on the development of the assembly decoration and transformation market of existing commercial housing.Secondly,based on the key obstacles to the development of the new commercial housing assembly decoration market and the existing commercial housing assembly decoration and transformation market,this paper establishes the evolutionary game model of the market development under the dynamic payment condition of the above two market game subjects,and makes a static analysis to find the game mode of the supply and demand sides and the regulation subjects in the development of the commercial housing assembly decoration market,and explore the equilibrium point of the system development.The results show that the market can develop better only when the government encourages,developers improve their development willingness,small owners improve their acceptance,and suppliers change their supply mode.Finally,the market evolution simulation is carried out from the market spontaneous scenario,policy guidance scenario,consumption concept transformation scenario and technology upgrading scenario.On the basis of evolutionary simulation,this paper puts forward the development strategy of assembled decoration market of commercial housing from four aspects: government incentive,consumption concept transformation,technology upgrading and market cultivation.The results show that at this stage,both the new commercial housing assembly decoration market and the existing commercial housing assembly decoration and reconstruction market will fall into a downturn if the market evolves spontaneously;Only when the supplier increases the initial supply or the demander increases the initial purchase intention can the development of the market be promoted,while the government’s intervention in market regulation can promote the orderly development of the market when the initial intention of both the supplier and the demander is low;In terms of government incentives,if the government encourages small owners,it will significantly promote the development of both markets.The change of consumption concept and technological progress can promote the positive change of the strategic choice of each subject in the two markets,and the effect is the most obvious in the early stage of market
