Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the rapid development of Agricultural Mechanization in China,agricultural machinery with electric tractor as the core has been preliminarily popularized.However,in the design process of electric tractor cab,due to the backwardness of efficacy research in China and the outdated current recommendation standards in China,and the data are basically translated from foreign excellent standards,the electric tractor cab does not fully adapt to the human characteristics of Chinese tractor drivers.At the same time,there is less research on the Sinicization of tractor cab,which leads to the widening gap between the man-machine efficiency of domestic tractor cab and foreign tractor cab.In order to speed up the Sinicization of tractor cab design,some parameters in tractor cab design need to be optimized to adapt to the basic characteristics of Chinese tractor drivers.Taking the electric tractor as the research object,aiming at the problem that the current cab design of electric tractor does not adapt to some human characteristics of Chinese tractor drivers,this thesis makes the following research:(1)The key data H-point in the cab of the electric tractor,the overall height of the cab,the height and adjustment range of the seat,the included angle of the instrument panel,the position and height of the front console,the pedal position,the included angle between the pedal and the horizontal plane,and the position of the operating lever are theoretically designed.The value range of the operating lever and pedal is optimized by establishing Kane method and Nasa force model to determine the overall layout of the cab after optimization(2)According to the data obtained from the optimization and improvement,by determining the design style and drawing a sketch,the cab seat model is established through rhino software,the constraints of the bridge are determined and the model is established according to the seat model,the reasonable layout and arrangement of the auxiliary operating equipment and the design of the overall shape are carried out,the3 D model of the cab of the electric tractor is obtained,and the color matching scheme of the cab is obtained.(3)Through the gb10000-88 human body database of Jack software,a virtual human model in line with Chinese human body data is established.The common postures of electric tractor drivers are obtained through investigation,and the corresponding mannequins are established.The effectiveness of the improved driver’s cab and the reliability of the upper limb of the tractor are verified from the design of the driver’s cab and the accessibility of the 3D driver’s cab.
