Abstract/Summary:
Tractor is a kind of power machinery which has been widely used in agriculture and forestry.Its working place and environment are mainly in the harsh field.With the continuous development of economy and improvement of agricultural mechanization,the driving safety and comfort of tractor for the driver has become the basic guiding ideology of modern tractor design.At the same time,under the same technical conditions,tractors with safety.comfortable handling and novel shapes have stronger market competitiveness.This paper analyzes the pre-design requirements of the 2104 tractor cab,and studies the ergonomics,strength analysis,modal analysis and cab vibration of the tractor cab.Using Siemens NX 10.0 three-dimensional software to establish a cab model and carry out ergonomic verification,and using Hyper-work software to analyze the strength and modal of the cab.By analyzing the results to determine and optimize the weak links of the cab.study of cab suspension system.The research on the suspension system of the cab.and the selection of the damping pad by theoretical calculation and experimental analysis improve the driving comfort of the driver.The added value of the product has improved the market competitiveness of the product.From the actual use effect,the performance indicators the optimized tractor cab meet the design requirements,and the use effect is better when selling.The main work accomplished are summarized as follows:(1)The development of history and current situation of the tractor cab are analyzed.Through market research on the brand image,color and proportion requirements of tractor cabs,the requirements for tractor cab design are put forward.Combining the conception of the tractor cab.a new modeling of the cab was carried out.A three-dimensional entity model of the overall modeling was established by using Siemens NX 10.0 three-dimensional software.(2)According to relevant regulations and industry standards,the location of the designed H point is determined.The position of the cab skeleton,ladder,steering wheel and three pedals and combined instrument are designed according to the location of H point,and the relative position and size of each component are determined.The Siemens NX 10.0 was used to proofread and analyze the driver’s sitting comfort.driver’s vision and other human-machine related engineering issues.The analysis results show that all parameter values meet the requirements of relevant regulations.(3)Analyzing the structural characteristics,strength and rigidity requirements of the cab.The overall structure of the cab is designed in combination with materials,manufacturing processes and mechanical properties.etc.Using Hyper-work software.the five test simulation analysis of back push.back pressure.side push,front push and forward push were carried out on the cab structure model.Using Hyper-work software to analyze optimization of the cab.which results show that the optimized cab effectively avoids the problem of cab resonance caused by the operation of the engine,and effectively improves the front console of the cab’s stiffness.(4)Through the theoretical calculation of the static stiffness of the damping pad in the cab,the damping pad that meets the requirements is preliminarily selected.The static and dynamic tests of different damping pads are compared,and the subjective evaluation of each damping pad is combined with the damping pad.The choice of MDS damping pad,which effectively improves the vibration problem of the cab,improves the driver’s comfort.
