Abstract/Summary:
As China gradually enters the aging society,the market puts forward higher and higher requirements for the design of physiotherapy equipment for the elderly.As a physiotherapy equipment that can not only help the elderly recover their physical function and improve their quality of life,but also effectively reduce the physiotherapy expenditure of the elderly group,the household oxygen generator has attracted more and more consumers’ attention and has broad market prospects.However,in the actual use process,there are many usability problems in the interactive design and function setting of household oxygen generator,which brings users a bad interactive experience and is not conducive to the further expansion of its market.Based on the user’s mental model,this paper puts forward new thoughts on the interactive design of household oxygen generator.Firstly,through the concept combing and characteristic analysis of user mental model and interaction design,the construction method of user mental model is clarified.Secondly,taking the task layer,cognitive layer and emotional layer as the first level indicators,combined with the expert interview method,extract the evaluation indicators of the interactive design of the household oxygen generator based on the user’s mental model,set the index weight through the sequential relationship method,construct the evaluation system,and conduct the evaluation experiment on the interactive interface of the household oxygen generator,analyze the problems existing in the user interaction,and determine the design opportunity point.Then,the four strategies of merging,deleting,adding and transforming based on the user’s mental model and the method of clustering the interactive information of household oxygen generator are applied to construct the designer model,so as to guide the optimization of interactive design.Finally,the interactive design program based on user mental model is constructed,and the interactive interface optimization of household oxygen generator is verified from the perspective of prototype construction,which proves the effectiveness of the interactive design program based on user selection model.Based on the user’s mental model,this paper studies the interactive design of household oxygen generator.Through the extraction of the user’s mental model of household oxygen generator,it is summarized that there are five kinds of problems in the interactive design of household oxygen generator: unclear information prompt,unclear use scene,unspecified target population,unreasonable function realization and unreasonable function positioning.Guided by the interactive design program of user’s mental model,Transform the user mental model to the designer model and optimize the interactive design of the household oxygen generator,which not only effectively improves the interactive experience of the household oxygen generator,but also provides a reference for the user mental model as a research method of interactive design.
