| As the trend of population aging accelerates,the concept of "new seniors" group has gradually extended from abroad to China,and its attention to and demand for body health has always been high.In the environment where there are still serious air pollution problems,diseases such as breathing,cardiopulmonary and the like,which are seriously affected by low blood oxygen saturation,have always been an important reason for plagued elderly people ’s happy life in their old age.The home oxygen generator of the new and old people with poor working ability is of great significance.This article first studies the user experience design theory,uses the STP theory to divide the user group targeted by the existing home oxygen generators,and positions the user as a group of new and old people with poor aerobic work ability.Secondly,according to the user experience design process,using design anthropology user research methods,to study the tacit knowledge of high-quality lifestyles and diversified consumption concepts of new and old people,and to investigate the user’s physical health,attitudes toward health care and health care methods.Conduct qualitative investigations of interviews and observation forms,obtain user psychological and behavioral characteristics,establish user scene models,and conclude that the user’s range of action during user use is limited;when traveling for a short period of time,the user will be forced to interrupt the use due to its large size and weight.Pain points.Through the demand analysis of the user demand Y model,the product’s small and light functional innovation design needs are obtained.Through literature review and physical research and analysis,the classification of oxygen generators and the five oxygen production principles of chemical preparation oxygen production,electrolytic water oxygen production,electronic oxygen production,molecular sieve oxygen production,and membrane oxygen production are analyzed.The components are small in size and light in weight;the oxygen produced is pure and free of impurities;the characteristics of low oxygen concentration are not easy to produce oxygen poisoning.The membrane method is used to produce oxygen,and the oxygen-enriched membrane material for membrane oxygen production is studied.Complete the design practice of oxygen-enriched membrane household oxygen generator,draw the basic internal structure principle diagram,conduct feasibility test for the internal structure principle,and the test result indicates that the scheme is feasible.The main functional components of the oxygen-rich membrane module,vacuum pump and DC fan are selected to achieve the basic technical support and foundation of the product.The innovative design of the oxygen-enriched membrane household oxygen generator was completed using the product ease-of-use design method. |
