The County-level Village And Town Space In The Typical Terrain Area Of Hunan Province Extended Feature Comparison Analysis

Select Nanxian County in the plain area of Hunan Province,Suining County in the mountainous area and Lukou District in the Qiugang area as the research cases,using the land use data of the third phase of the study area from 2000 to 2020 as the data source,using the GIS spatial analysis platform and The fragstas software analyzes the characteristics of the spatial expansion of villages and towns in the three study areas from2000 to 2020,and compares and analyzes the differences in expansion.Then,it uses qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the driving force of the spatial expansion of villages and towns in the three study areas.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)There are common points in the spatial expansion of villages and towns in the three study areas:(1)In a dynamic evolution analysis based on time series,spatial expansion of county-level townships in research areas from 2000 to 2020 shows that: the speed and intensity of the spatial expansion of villages and towns in the next 10 years were much greater than that of the previous 10 years.At the same time,the morphological evolution of the village and town space in the three study areas showed a trend of overall enhancement.(2)In the analysis of the temporal and spatial evolution based on the law of spatial differentiation,the three study areas all present a very significant law of differentiation and the problem of uncoordinated regional development.(3)In terms of the spatial correlation of expansion intensity,the correlation of spatial expansion intensity of townships in each study area is relatively significant,and there are high-value and low-value cluster distributions.(4)In the analysis of the driving force of the expansion of the village and town space,the five driving factors of the natural environment,location transportation,social development,economic development and planning policy of the three study areas interacted with the village and town space expansion.The natural environment restricts the expansion of villages and towns to a certain extent,the social economy plays a positive driving role in the expansion of villages and towns,and the location traffic has a directional effect on the expansion of villages and towns.The planning policy defines the urban and rural spatial expansion.The core driving factors of rural spatial expansion in research areas include per capita income level of residents in economic and social factors.(5)In terms of the control measures for the expansion of villages and towns,all three study areas need to do a good job in the top-level design of the county-level territorial space planning system to coordinate the relationship between the expansion of villages and towns and the protection of cultivated land and ecological protection.(2)There are differences in the spatial expansion of villages and towns in the three study areas:(1)In the analysis of dynamic evolution based on time series,the morphological evolution of the spatial expansion of villages and towns in Suining County and Lukou District has strong stage characteristics.In 10 years,it tends to be in a state of planar filling expansion,showing an expansion trend from decentralization to integration.In Nanxian County,the evolution trend of the spatial form of villages and towns in the past 20 years remained the same,and the expansion of villages and towns tended to be planar.(2)In terms of temporal and spatial evolution based on the law of spatial differentiation,the spatial differentiation of the expansion of Suining County is reflected in the fact that the scale and intensity of spatial expansion of the township where the industrial concentration area is located is much larger than that of the general township,and the expansion of the township where the county seat is located in Nanxian County is much larger than that of other towns and towns.Lukou District reflects that the expansion of the township where the county seat and the industrial concentration area are located is far greater than that of other towns.(3)In terms of the spatial correlation of expansion intensity,the spatial expansion correlation of villages and towns in Suining County is weak;Nanxian County and Lukou District have significant positive spatial correlation characteristics,and both have high and low value cluster distribution.(4)In the analysis of the driving force of the spatial expansion of villages and towns,in addition to the same indicator as the per capita income level of residents,the core driving factor of Suining County includes the total retail sales of consumer goods,and Nan County includes the value added ratio of primary industry and the value added ratio of tertiary industry.In the whole society fixed assets investment,Lukou District includes the whole society fixed assets investment and the third industry value added proportion.(5)In the area of village and township expansion and control measures,each research area put forward targeted control measures from the aspects of industrial structure optimization and upgrading,spatial structure optimization of village and township construction land and structural adjustment of village and township.
