| In recent years,the new crown epidemic and indoor air pollution are threatening people’s respiratory health,and air purifiers provide a guarantee for indoor air safety,but indoor air pollutants are diverse and complex in origin,and a single purification technology is often unable to meet the needs of both dust removal and air sterilization,and it is easy to cause secondary pollution or produce harmful by-products.Therefore,the thesis aims to achieve comprehensive air purification,and conducts research and practice on the design innovation of system function and user experience of air purifier.Firstly,through the systematic analysis of the current situation of air purifier,the product type and key purification technology are clarified,the existing products are investigated and analyzed through survey method,the quality house model(HOQ)is constructed by combining QFD theory,the matrix relationship between purification demand and functional demand,the interest relationship between functional demand,and the relative weight of functional elements,so that the design demand can be found accurately and efficiently to solve the design problem.Secondly,the modular design concept is used to build air purifier functional modules and control system modules,and users can choose the corresponding purification modules according to the purification demand to realize the humanized design demand.Finally,based on HEPA composite filter technology combined with UVC deep ultraviolet sterilization technology to achieve the air purifier integrated design innovation practice.The paper is based on QFD theory,combined with user needs,using the modular design concept to make the air purifier flexible in use and improve applicability by integrating product functions,and also hopes to provide some reference direction for air purifier development. |
