Coordination Of Air Purification Product Design Research Based On CFD Technology

These intellectual property rights will become the standpoint of industrial upgrading and extension. For the manufacturer, prototype design innovation is used todetermine the basic structure of the new products, style, price assessment and other basic features. Through the results of prototype design, the development of industry direction and the future layout can also be foreseen, provides a basis of exploration in the industrial development.Attention to the development of prototype innovation design is a reasonably event, especially in the stage of China’s economic transition. Among them use home air purification products as case study, in cooperation with the CFD technology to explore the prototype innovative design laws. The first is to generate product ideas. Involve in the study of matter of science, prototype innovation in the research, design and technical design method of collaborative research. The second is feasibility experiment research. Includes two parts:search for related technology, the feasibility of the experiment. In the feasibility study the research about CFD technology is indispensable, and then use software simulation conceptual design scheme in order to prove the feasibility of the experiment. The last is the product plan. Contain three parts:product engineering design research, product design, the principle of machine experiments. Through a lot of information research, induction classification, summed up the user requirements, and find out the specific solutions. This is not only an innovation on the level of principle, but alsoBreakthrough of new technology applied to prototype design. Prototype law of innovation explore throughout the design practice, we need to find out the coordinate design and technology of product prototype innovation methods, in this way can wesolve the problem fundamentally. And form the final product innovation design process to provide a reference basis for the later research.Although the process of prototype innovative design is twists and turns, it is to complete the established purpose and try to avoid new problems. So in the process of the rational and practical, we can summarize and create a new design method to help us solve the specific problems in the new product development, return to the origin of design.
