| With the advent of the era of big data,multi-source heterogeneous data is produced continuously.In the context of big data,the production organization mode and management mode of the construction industry are constantly changing and innovating.However,with the advent of the era of big data,industry management is faced with many problems,such as imperfect data governance mechanism,imperfect information security risk management and control,and difficult to quantify data value.To cope with the challenges brought by the change of big data,the government needs to take effective measures to carry out data governance in the field of big data and create a good environment for big data operation.The data of the construction industry is characterized by many types,miscellaneous structures and inconsistent standards.Due to the existence of some noise data in the full data generated in the production process,data managers need to quickly find and repair the noise data through data governance methods to improve the utilization value.In the context of emerging technologies and management methods,it has become a practical problem that needs to be researched and solved in the process of digital transformation of the construction industry to explore the innovative framework and evaluation system of data governance applicable to the construction industry.In view of this,based on relevant literature at home and abroad,this study combs and analyzes the theories,research categories and data characteristics of data governance in the construction industry,and comprehensively uses the expert interview method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to construct the data governance indicators of the construction industry.Taking the data governance project of the Department of Housing and Construction of a province as the research object,this paper carried out an empirical study on the evaluation of the performance of data governance in the construction industry,in order to provide a theoretical basis for scientifically understanding and solving the transformation problems of the construction industry at the present stage and understanding the development trend of the construction industry.The results show that :(1)The informatization of the construction industry mainly serves the business development and covers the whole life cycle of the construction industry.The upstream and downstream industry chain is long.Due to the lack of data management,it is difficult to guarantee the quality of the industry data,and it is difficult to share and exchange data,and the value of data cannot be fully mined.;(2)Industry data governance bodies include data governance decision makers,government units,data producers,production enterprises and the public.The data governance framework should be designed from the whole process of data generation,circulation and use,emphasizing the standardization and restriction of reference data from data standards,the discovery of data problems through data quality audit,the traceability of data use process and the analysis of its implementation impact combined with metadata management.(3)Indicators affecting the effectiveness of data governance in the construction industry need to be comprehensively evaluated by building a quantitative model.Data governance for the construction industry has achieved initial results in the side of government management.To improve data quality,the formulation of data standards in the process of business production should be improved.Finally,according to the design and evaluation results of the construction industry data governance framework,the optimization measures of data governance are put forward from the aspects of data quality management,data standard governance and metadata management. |
