| In recent years,with the accelerating military modernization in our country,with the increasing manpower and resources invested in the improvement of the introduction of weapons and equipment,how to effectively improve the equipment has always been a concern of all parties.In order to enhance the combat capability of military equipment,the effectiveness of equipment will play an increasingly greater role.Effectiveness Evaluation aim at the data collected by the weapon during the exercise,it is calculated by using the evaluation algorithm,comparing the results of different objects,and drawing the areas for improvement so as to provide the direction for the next improvement of the weapon,it reduce the cost for national defense construction.Equipment Effectiveness Evaluation System is a combination of evaluation algorithms,designed for performance evaluation of the application client software.After analyzing the requirements of the effectiveness evaluation system,the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of project management and data processing modules in the system are obtained.Project management and data processing require the following three functions: user can manage of the project.Users can import,filter and integrate data which from database,protocol or local file,and export the result of evaluated in file.According to the requirements,the framework and functions of the system are designed in detail.From the perspective of modules,engineering management is divided into: assessment engineering management and evaluation task management.The project management of the system is able to collect and compile various information of a project,the task management manage tasks under the evaluation project.Data processing is divided into data preprocessing and export result.Data preprocessing can integrate external data and provide reliable preliminary data for assessment tasks.The evaluation results are showed with texts,graphs and tables,and they are persisted.When the system is implemented,c ++ language and Qt framework is used to realize the functions of each module.Finally,the implementation of the four modules are tested.The test results show that the performance is all up to standard.Equipment Effectiveness Evaluation System achieved importing data from the outside,selecting the evaluation algorithm to calculate the data,and getting the final assessment results in multi-index case. |
