Research On Streamline Organization Optimization Of CCRC Based On Post Occupancy Evaluation

With the deepening of population aging in recent years,China will enter the stage of accelerated aging.With various problems brought by aging society,the country has also made a positive response to the report of population aging,and will focus on the combination of medical care.As a part of the social pension system in the new era of China,the continuous care center pension community(CCRC),which has the function of combining medical and nursing care,not only undertakes important pension responsibilities,but also takes providing excellent medical and nursing services as the benchmark of the pension industry.With the large-scale and high-speed development of the elderly care industry,the construction of CCRC community is also more rapid,the overall design pattern is convergent,the design refinement is insufficient,the internal streamline organization of the community is not sufficient,the industry standards are not unified,and other problems are exposed one by one.Post-occupancy assessment is an important link in the whole cycle of architectural design.It can find many problems in the built environment from the perspective of users,and summarize experience and methods for the subsequent construction.The physical and psychological conditions of the elderly are complex,and the subjective assumptions of the designers may provide space for the opposite effect.Based on the above situation,this paper adopts the post-use evaluation method to establish an evaluation model for the CCRC community in China and puts forward an evaluation report,and puts forward design optimization strategies for the streamline organization problem.First of all,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign pension models and the development status of CCRC community,and studies the theory and practice of post-assessment.Then,according to the overall characteristics of the CCRC community,the post-use assessment model is constructed for the CCRC community under the post-use assessment model.From the contents and methods of post evaluation,the paper makes clear the evaluation program that combines in-depth observation,SD analysis and analytic hierarchy process.Objectives can make comprehensive and comprehensive judgments from two aspects of subjective psychological evaluation and objective index evaluation.On the basis of the construction of the post-evaluation model,the pre-investigation was carried out on the CCRC communities in major cities in China,so as to have a more clear understanding of the actual CCRC projects,and make full preparations for the next specific case evaluation.Then,on the basis of the pilot research,the representative CCRC communities were selected to carry out field research.Based on the evaluation model,a subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation report was obtained.The existing problems of CCRC communities in China were summarized and analyzed,and the next optimization object was focused on the streamline organization of CCRC communities.Finally,based on the post-use evaluation report,this paper proposes several aspects of macro-optimization,environmental streamline organization optimization and streamline organization optimization of the care unit for the CCRC community based on the logic from macro to micro and from whole to detail.Based on the research and analysis in this paper,the following results are obtained:(1)A post-use evaluation model for CCRC community is constructed,including subjective evaluation and objective index evaluation.Different evaluation methods verify and support each other to ensure the authenticity of the results.At the same time,it has formed a shallow to deep evaluation method,such as theoretical research,model building,leading evaluation,in-depth evaluation of specific cases,evaluation report establishment,and finally analysis results.(2)Using the evaluation system,the actual case is analyzed and the evaluation report is obtained,which initially verifies the rationality of the model and can provide objective and targeted analysis results;(3)On the basis of the evaluation report,the optimization scheme is put forward for the specific streamline organization level.Based on the post-evaluation model,this paper expects to put forward an optimization model for the streamline organization of CCRC community,provide a high-quality multi-level layout model for elderly care in China,and provide references and suggestions for the high-quality and all-round construction of CCRC community.
