Climate-based daylight simulation of buildings is based on the regional daylight climate data, climate specific geographical characteristics of architectural lighting design and research, regional climate data, including light irradiance, illumination, solar radiation and brightness of the sky and the sun various parameters. Light on regional climate in the current architectural lighting research has become an international architectural lighting research trends.Climate-based daylight simulation of buildings, the annual cycle of the building or be in hours, minutes for the time step of building lighting calculations, simulations produce large amounts of data, using computer simulation is an inevitablechoice. Radiance software architectural lighting design and research the authority of the simulation software, foreign scholars to the entire region, the climate data was verified for its accuracy, software-based architectural lighting for regional climate simulation of light. But few scholars master the domestic principles of the software and how to use, partly because the core of the software platform is based on Linux, partly because the software requires a lot of expertise to use as support.In architectural lighting simulation, regional daylight climate data, to be transformed through the sky model, generate real sky brightness distribution. This choice of Chongqing and Tianjin daylight climate data measured daylight climate data to Radiance software‘gensky’and‘gendaylit’command module as a tool, through simulation results and measured data for comparative analysis to study the CIE standard sky model and the Perez sky model is applicable the domestic situation in different regions of the sky.Finally, through the Office of the light of a study of light-based regional climate simulation sin the architectural lighting architectural lighting design and evaluation of the application. Paper demonstrates the use of Chongqing, Tianjin, measured data correction, Perez all-weather sky model to get higher accuracy, to meet the requirements of building lighting simulation. The paper also proves that the whole CIE CIE overcast sky model and the model of the whole sunny sky light indifferent regions of the climatic conditions, building lighting simulation accuracy will vary.Second, on this basis, the paper by actual cases to illustrate the architectural lighting design and evaluation, the establishment of light-based regional climate simulations for architectural lighting applications procedures and methods, and dynamic lighting indicators (UDI, DA, DAcon) is calculated.In this paper, based on the theory of regional daylight climate, dynamic daylight simulation and evaluation methods, you can get a more accurate dynamic simulation results, to promote research and architectural daylight design to dynamic lighting direction, to meet the green buildings and sustainable buildings of high quality natural light environments.
