| With the rapid development of intelligent technologies such as the Internet and big data cloud platforms,the digital economy has become an important driver of high-quality development of the economy.For a long time,Chinese construction enterprises have been under an extensive development model,and urgently need to accelerate the digital transformation to respond to the new requirements of industrial upgrading.This article first sorts out the current research status and related theoretical basis in China and abroad,conducts in-depth analysis on the development status and existing problems of Group A’s financial management and control system,and explores the feasibility and route of the Middle Platform’s application in the digital transformation of financial management and control system in construction enterprises.This article selects Group A as the object to conduct a practical exploration and research.Combining with the characteristics of the construction industry,it deeply analyze the process of Middle Platform’s application in the digital transformation of Group A’s financial management and control system,conducts a comprehensive and systematic research on the importance of Middle Platform in Group A’s financial digital transformation solutions.The research found that Middle Platform plays an important role in all stages of the digital transformation of financial management and control system of construction enterprises:(1)In the informatization stage,it effectively facilitates the improvement of various basic capabilities of financial management;(2)In the intelligentization stage,it supports the various requirements on financial department raised by business departments at all levels in the front tier,and supports the operation and decision-making of all the organizations within the group at the higher level;and(3)In the digitalization stage,it provides efficient multi-dimensional data analysis and fully supports the enterprise’s digital transformation to upgrade from the first level to the second level.Enterprises often encounter three problems in digital transformation:(1)The overall route of digital transformation is unclear,which affects the effectiveness of the financial system;(2)The business information system is relatively old and cannot sufficiently adapt to the model of Middle Platform,which affects the effectiveness of the financial system;and(3)The financial team lacks sufficient transformation and staff with digital capabilities.In this regard,this article proposes the following three suggestions:(1)Organize a scientific overall digital transformation plan of the enterprise,and formulate a route of financial digital transformation that matches the overall plan to avoid duplication of construction;(2)Improve the overall informatization construction level of the enterprise and establish a business system adapting to the Middle Platform model,in order to better support the digital transformation of both the financial system and enterprise;and(3)Strengthen the building of financial team in view of the requirements of informatization to maximize the utility of Middle Platform and effectively support the overall digital transformation of the enterprise. |
