| In the era of big data,financial digitization develops with each passing day.Enterprises tend to require convenience and automation for financial work,and the concept of intelligent finance is born.Intelligent finance is not only the re-engineering,optimization or automation of a single financial process,but also the conceptual change of financial management mode: Through artificial intelligence technology to standard the process modeling of heavy and complicated,data from a single small internal data to develop in the direction of multi-source inside and outside the blend of big data,applications from simple descriptive analysis to the evolution of relevance,predictive analysis,help enterprises to fully optimize financial management process,ensure its efficient norms,strong control,ability to improve enterprise’s efficiency of authors,effectively promote the financial transformation of enterprises,With the development of new technologies in recent years,the enterprise middle desk has been rapidly applied to several large enterprises and is able to respond quickly to business needs,providing lessons for other business sectors.Therefore,intelligent finance should integrate the three aspects of "management innovation+ management refinement + new technology" to think,take data-driven decision-making scheme as the main development mode,and take the "large middle desk,small front desk" mode as the best upgrade direction of the core business system.After two stages of standardization and intensification,concept of lean management continues to deepen and develop its application and the financial management of power grid enterprises has established a better foundation in terms of business standards,data standards and business finance links.However,at the business operation level,there are many financial information systems in power grid enterprises,professional barriers,repeated entries,lengthy processes,integration difficulties,slow response,poor user experience,and still a heavy burden on grassroots staff.At the management level,the rigid control component of financial management is heavy,the data granularity is inconsistent,the data sharing ability is insufficient,the resource aggregation ability is insufficient,the horizontal synergy ability is insufficient,and the response to the company’s business development and management innovation is not flexible and agile.How to improve the responsiveness of financial management to changes in the company’s operations,reduce the duplication of financial information technology investment,give full play to the value of the vast amount of financial data,innovative data realization methods,improve the level of management and decision-making ability of various professions,so that the results of the construction of "digital finance" into visible operational benefits and efficiency improvements,has become a power grid enterprise Financial management needs to think about and solve the key issues.This paper analyzes the problems of power grid company’s financial management and financial system by studying the theories related to domestic and foreign intelligent financial management,enterprise middle desk and so on.Based on the current situation and problems,we propose a model of intelligent financial middle desk management system,combining the characteristics of the industry and market environment in which power grid company is located,and combined with the application of S Power Company in the construction of the system strategy,summarized the specific implementation path of the intelligent financial centre management of power grid enterprises,that is,through the unification of business financial data standards,reshaping business process nodes,design financial centre services,establish data pools,build visual management tools,etc.,to achieve the enterprise in the centre of the management model,to promote the transformation of financial management "digital intelligence".And through supporting organizational,functional and other reform measures to implement the transformation and upgrading of enterprise intelligent finance.Finally,we summarize the effectiveness of building intelligent financial centralized management system for power grid company,refine and analyze the shortcomings,and propose possible future in-depth research directions to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of intelligent finance for utility and multi-divisional enterprises in the energy sector like power grids. |
